I would give 10 stars for the print center alone! I recently restarted my small business and have need all kinds of printed materials. Business cards, posters, banners, brochures... everything! and EVERYTIME I've been blown away with the quality and service that I've received.

BEWARE!! Not all services open with store hours as advertised. Came in needing their copy and print services, one person in whole store "qualified" and decided to go home early. Grossly disappointing.

I had excellent service. I needed letter-size paper cut into quarters so I could make notepads. Service person did the job on the spot. When I checked out, I had only a small amount of stuff. I didn't want a bag for such a small amount; cashier put rubber bands around to hold together. Much appreciated.

Yet another terrible experience with this location. Order and item for store pick up that had five available units at the time of order. I received an email 45 minutes later that the item was out of stock. I had already paid when I ordered but now I must wait several days for my bank to be credited the refund. Apparentl, no one keeps their inventory records up to date. I have been verbally abused in this store in the past for refusing extended warranties. I thought ordering online would be simple but I was wrong.

This particular location is very aggressive trying to up sell a more expensive printer and calling out HP as substandard even though they carry several models. Also, they follow you around the store watching and pushing you to buy more items. When I got to the register I declined the additional warranty and another employee raised her voice across an aisle telling me I must purchase the warranty. I already said no and she started yelling at me that she is doing her job and I should listen.. I should have walked out and bought the same printer from Amazon. I will never go there again.

The customer service was exceptional. Mike in Print Services went above and beyond to accommodate us and helped us meet a very tight deadline. I highly recommend this staples location for your printing needs.

I typically use Staples for printing, but this location was bad. The employees were not very courteous. I canceled the order due to delay. They asked me to call an 800 number for refund. Unfortunately, I waited 25 mins only for customer service to call the physical location. They should have known how to process the return according to the representative. I would recommend FedEx Office. My experience there was great and QUICK!

Just got our prom king and queen campaign posters printed out. They came out looking so good. Mike was the person who helped us, he looked happy to be there, was very understanding and helpful with what I wanted.

I was surprised by how great the service was at this location. I called and described what I was looking for and a gentleman said he found something for me. I asked him to leave it up at the registers for me and when I got there, he had actually pulled two options, one was absolutely perfect and I was able to pay and go quickly.

Staples is supposed to be open at 9 AM this morning and now it’s 9:33 AM and the store is dark and locked. It says when I call that they are open but they’re sure not open!
