I had an incredible experience here. I’ve been living in Charleston for 12 years and it’s so hard to find reliable people within this industry. They were a breath of fresh air. They are kind, trustworthy and thorough. Andy communicated with me throughout the entire process. It was a great experience, definitely recommend these guys. Thank you again!

I've been going here for years. They have worked on multiple vehicles, from an old classic jeep to a newer truck. Andy and staff are awesome and very trustworthy. Andy is all about doing things the right way and taking care of his customers. There isn't another place I would take my vehicle in Charleston!

I've been looking for a dependable, fair auto shop in West Ashley for years. Took my car in on Monday morning, and they had it ready by Monday afternoon even though they were slammed. The employees were kind and upfront with expectations, and I felt the pricing was fair. I didn't ever feel like they were trying to upsell me, and I'm now back out on the road! Will recommend them to friends and family for sure.

A good first impression really matters to me when it comes to putting my trust in strangers. If I already knew how to fix a car I wouldn’t be leaving this review of course. Thankfully, I can safely say my 20+ year old car was in good hands. Although I only met two of the staff members, I am grateful for everyone there willing to help. Honest and fair pricing seconded!
I've been here a couple of times now and I'm really happy with the results. Andy and the friendly lady at the front desk (forgot her name) have both been so helpful. I highly, highly recommend this company!! My 218k mile jeep is running great now!

Honest and fair with pricing. Andy is kind and I have never had a bad experience. As a single woman other places have tried to over charge me and talked down to me. At Steve Ellis, the whole staff has treated me with respect and have never tried to pull a fast one on me. 10/10

Knows their stuff. Pricey. The only complaint I have is, they don't put things back like the spare tire properly and they don't do what they promise sometimes
