10/10 customer service. Britney helped us and it was the best experience we have ever had at a phone store. She was helpful, efficient, and super friendly!! Will be back to this T mobile location.

I discovered on my bill I was paying for a device I had mailed back 9 months before after I had exchanged it for an upgrade I spoke with 2 specialists on the phone, they told me to go where I had bought the new one, they couldn't help me. The people at the shop were very rude, telling me how long she worked there as more important than getting a tracking number. Was finally told a phrase to use when calling the help desk, and 2 and a half hours later, I'm told on the phone that yes, it had been received but no one scanned it in. I had been polite and patient but did not receive that courtesy and had lots of head shaking, eye rolling,told to do my call outside. So rude-no help, but I stayed and finally will have the $1200 credited back to my account.

You won't find a ruder staff anywhere.There once was staff here so nice I make cookies for them.Now you will never see a smile and your issues will be passed to someone else.3 hours later,someone found the"glitch" that has over harged me $1200 over the last year.

Not very customer service oriented. Not sure if it was just this location or t mobile in general, but my transfer from another carrier was a giant hassle. Xfinity is looking better and I never thought I would ever say that.

Do not go here. They called someone at corporate who to “verifyi” my address they needed a debit card. Not a t mobile policy!!! I now have to cancel my debit card because they attempted to scam me. Corporate looked at the account and there was no access by anyone. Corporate advised me to call the police so I am. When confronted on the phone by corporate, the girl hung up on us. Run away unless you want to be scammed and have your money stolen.

I hate ? T Mobile they are lying about everything I have four lines on T Mobile the internet is very slow sometimes during the day my internet connection is going off and the internet on Samsung is zero

I visited this location once to open a business phone line and didn't have a good experience- I ended up getting a line and a phone from Verizon instead. The guy who was helping me was rude and seemed bothered that I was there and that he couldn't just relax. He also wasn't knowledgeable about anything at all which was surprising. Anyways, won't be recommending this store to anyone that's for sure!

If you are looking to add T-Mobile Home Internet to your plan, don’t. Just don’t. We have had the T-Mobile internet for just about a year now and we are on our 4th internet gateway. Device after device continues to fail, the service is terrible and when you try to get help, they push you off and keep sending you defective gateways. Stay far away from their internet service. I will be looking for a different service as soon as possible.

I came to buy a screen protector for my S21 plus phone and they put a glass one that does not read the biometric data, I came to have the problem solved and they did absolutely nothing. As a client of T mobile I feel cheated apart from the fact that the treatment they gave me at this time was really bad. It should be noted that the girl who attended me at the time of the purchase was very kind but the one who attended me today was hateful. So I just lost almost $44

Wireless phone stores are one of my least favorite places to visit since they are always understaffed and waiting times are onerous. Fortunately I was first in the door and had an excellent staff member. I needed it since the transfer of phone service from Verizon to T-Mobile was anything but smooth. Overall, however, they navigated through the roadblocks imposed by Verizon and we were able to set up new service. The deal they had on over 55 clients was excellent snd we were able to cut our monthly phone bill in half and obtained a new iPhone at no cost in the process. If you can try to get Kristin to wait on you. She was exceptional. We give this store snd staff four clams on the coveted Five Quahog Rating Scale. That’s an unbelievably high rating for a phone store.

Store stinks. Feel like I'm in a bad 80s movie. Except the guys working there aren't the status quo, cool 80s bullies, that pick on people because they're stronger and tougher. They're bullies that just make you feel uncomfortable because you might catch something if you touch something they touched. Than you walk out double spraying sanitizer on yourself, even the bottom of your shoes. Because you just got pfffttt by someone that works at a Tmobile. Boost is essentially better. Or Suncom.... remember them? Yea?? If BAD tattoos and rude attitudes makes a great company than this T-Mobile is the bees knees. I probably could do a better job working there, with my eyes closed, dancing to MmmBoop ??half asleep, then those guys do daily. Oh, just a PSA, no bully is cool and neither is this place.
