I made an appointment online for hair cut. On July 15th @ 7:75 system generated text saying "Ulta Beauty has you on the books for Mon July24th@3:15pm...". I called today because it was easier than to search for text . Person told me they didn't have me on the books. She even called S'ville location although I told her I scheduled my appointment at the store located at 1812 Sam Rittenberg Blvd. I explained I needed cut this week because I was offered August 1st as next appointment. Lady answering phone was nice but didn't offer any other solutions that could work for me. Very disappointing experience.

As a customer, if you are interested in purchasing an item that’s damaged, or missing a piece that supposed to be included, you should have the right to receive a discount on that item even if it’s 10%. I’m a little disappointed in management and how they handled my purchase/request.

Jasmine is the BEST IN THE BIZ when it comes to eyebrows. It’s hard to find someone who does your eyebrows exactly like you like them, and she nails it every time. She’s also an absolute delight to be around and her knowledge of the products is second nature to her. Go see her at the benefit bar in West Ashley if you want FLAWLESS brows with a great experience. I look forward to my monthly appointments with her because she makes it so much fun!

Good service today, they were very helpful and non-irritating. I spent about an hour in store searching and no one was overbearing (fully staffed). Good experience and good products. I got all my brands in a one stop shop

**DO NOT SHOP HERE IF YOU AREN'T WHITE**I visited this location about 2 weeks ago and spent a good amount of money on makeup and skincare. I just read an article on Live 5 News web page that this location has been hit the hardest in stolen merchandise in the entire Charleston area. Now it all makes sense as to why this one particular worker kept following my daughter and I. She would appear like she was rearranging merchandise and only asked if I needed help because I was staring at her giving her the look I give everyone when I'm annoyed. She was overly friendly with other customers who weren't of darker shade. I didnt confront her because my 10 yr old daughter was with me and she wanted some items as well but I should've dropped everything and left. I will never SHOP at this location ever again. So if anyone who isn't white and you're reading this please don't shop here!!! I will definitely get the word out.

Go get your eyebrows done with Jazzy, she is amazing! She convinced me to try out a brow lamination and I am obsessed. Styling my brows has never been easier and Jazzy has all of the tips and tricks to keep them looking great. 10/10 highly recommend!

This was my first time visiting the Ulta Beauty store. Walked around the entire store, and no one asked to help me or show me anything. I probably would have made a purchase, but not being familiar with the store wasn't sure about a lot of the products.

I love to shop at the store and also get my hair done here. However when I call the store I don't want to listen to the long message then get transferred to the salon everyone's busy then I have to listen to the whole message again and then I get told can you hold please!!!!

Stanley is HANDS DOWN the best stylist I have ever met. Availability, kindness, and talent make this location the place best in this area. Stanley has taken me from blonde, to brunette, and back. This app makes scheduling with the stylist of your choice easy, just choose him, you won’t regret it!

This store has closed down several times for very strange reasons like bad weather when it was 75 and sunny out. They also need to figure out their text messaging system. I have had an appointment cancelled before but then had text reminders sent to me for the full week of the appointment to the point that I went but they were closed. I do like their products, but customer service is lacking when you hand any issue.

My boyfriend and I walked in to get my birthday gift and one of the employees was really rude and adamant about closing at 6. Yes, I know we walked in about 10 minutes before closing, but being at the entrance before we even set foot into the store and telling us they close at six is absurd. We can read the sign. Also, asking us what month the birthday gift was for made us feel like we were a child. Not returning here, but going somewhere else because I love Ulta and their products! Hopefully there's better staff somewhere else.

If you are looking for a one stop beauty store,Ulta is the place! This location is very welcoming and helpful. They give genuine advice for hair to skin care needs to makeup applications with great tips to continue your beauty at home. Ulta salon is also an amazing part of the store. The salon provides services for ALL hair types and ages. Every stylist cares about the health of your hair and have you looking fabulous honey! If you want to start or continue your beautiful glow, Ulta beauty at West Ashley is where it's at!

This place is always immaculate, the people are friendly and so helpful! It is always so fun going in, and despite all the colors and smells doesn't ever get too overwhelming. I want to especially thank Dani, who spent over 20 minutes today helping me pick out the perfect lipstick, testing them and editing the color to choose next so slightly, and with such kindness and patience! They're awesome
