Usually get great service but the website hours need to be updated, I walked 15 minutes to get there after class only to arrive right as they closed because the website says they close a half hour later than they actually do. In retrospect I guess I should've looked at other reviews because I guess this has been an issue for years

First their printers weren't working. Walked to fed ex, printed the label for free and when I returned at 1.30pm was closed even that it was supposed to be open till 4pm

Friendly employees, but store hours are consistently wrong. Tried going Saturday (listed as open until 4PM) and they were closed.

It's 1 o'clock on Saturday and they're closed. Google says open till 4, confirmed by business 2 weeks ago. Not good.

I have been using this UPS store for some 12 years and I can only say that Jonathan and his team have always been pleasant, efficient and have provided first rate service every time.

I have been a frequent customer at this UPS Store for several years now and have never experienced a problem.Conveniently located one block west of King Street, 164 Market Street, Suite D ~ the staff associates are friendly, efficient and reliable. Jonathan is always on hand to assist with shipping and mailing needs and he does it "with a smile!"There is a Notary on hand, fax, scanning and shredding services available-mailboxes. Business services. Office products for sale in retail area.I like the fact that there is onsite parking and steps away from the UPS storefront door.

Needed to fax something because the federal government doesn’t actually want to honor PSLF & won’t accept electronic signatures. This store advertises fax services, but the machine doesn’t work and reportedly hasn’t for some time. Don’t waste your time.

This UPS location is superb! They have the best employees who are extremely quick and helpful! I come here at least once a week and am remembered. It is nice to come to a place and have excellent service spot on every time. There is specific reserved parking and if there is a line- it moves fast. They even have greeting cards to buy and is a great place for Amazon returns.

Didn't expect to start my date by having to rate a UPS Store but here we are. The worst shipping experience I've ever had, including shipping with USPS. I left 2 boxes with them and was assured they'd be delivered. They were never scanned. The company I was delivering items to never processed a scan from UPS - I tried calling about 30 times over the course of 3 days - no answer. Finally I went into the store, the person at the front desk essentially said he couldn't help me and that somebody would.. Point is - do not ship anything here - I'm out $250 because of UPS - Wild

What a horrible employee! There was only one person in the store and she told us she didn't have time to notarize us! We don't live in town, had to take an Uber over there, and it was raining. I asked if she could help us and she said "no, I'm too busy, you need an appointment!" I couldn't believe it! She was so rude!

I go out of my way to come to this store because Jonathon hooks it UP for me. I honestly hate returning stuff more than any errand and Jonathon always prints stuff for me, packages and helps make it EASY. Thanks Jonathon!

To preface this review, I have my notary, but I cannot notarize documents for myself.I've attempted to obtain notary services from this location twice in the past two months, and they have not had someone available to notarize documents. The most recent time I required notary services, I called the store three times (no one answered) to check and see if they had someone available to notarize before I drove to the store. I went to the store, thinking surely they would have someone there since they specifically state they offer notary services.When I arrived at the store, there were two UPS team members, with one leaving for the remainder of the day. The one who could notarize my documents "had to go," as both team members emphasized multiple times and said I could come back the following day after 1:00 PM. I mentioned that I needed my (three) documents notarized today (time-sensitive), and they both once again emphasized that the team member "had to go and didn't have time."I was able to exit the store, walk back out to my car and leave the parking lot to see that the team member that "had to go and didn't have time" was still standing in the store at the door talking with the other team member.Pretty disappointing experience for such a straightforward service, as it is an easy process to obtain your notary public. It would probably be good practice to have all employees have their notary public if you advertise you offer those services.I'll be taking my UPS business elsewhere in the future.

Walking up to the store and seeing the front door missing and replaced with a piece of plywood should have been my warning to turn around. The employee wouldn't even stop eating to have a conversation with me about the document I needed notarized. She continued to wrongly assert that she couldn't/wouldn't notarize my acknowledgement because I had signed it already - something that is not a law or practice. I offered my ID with a matching signature and affirmed that it was my signature. I mentioned how the document did not contain an oath or anything, just an acknowledgement that I appeared in front of a notary. She refused to notarize or offer any help - didn't even offer for me to reprint the document or any possible upsell to utilize the store. I am beyond disappointed with the level of service I received, and I hope if you're reading this far you will choose another location for help; clearly this one doesn't want or deserve your patronage.
