I got to see behind the scenes and the employees are like soldiers in their efficiency and organization. The company obviously takes care of them because they were all friendly and chipper. Determined to get their job done. I was super impressed.

Pickup is absolutely awfulScheduled three pickups past three days, spending money out of my pocket and paying my employees to wait.One pickup was cancelled randomly.One pickup was attempted but no one ever came and have cameras to back up, also no note on door.Last pickup was attempted hour before earliest scheduled pickup time and driver didn’t even come. And again no note left by driver.Drivers are lazy and the center needs to look into this

UPS in Charleston, SC is ABSOLUTELY GARBAGE of a company. The notices left on doors mean nothing. The driver doesn't put any information. The driver does not even scan the notice he puts so that a person can look it up.You can't call and reach a person or even make a complaint. UPS gives you FAKE PEOPLEor a person from another country and has no clue about what is happening locally.UPS STINKS 100 PERCENT!!!

We live on a senior property. Shady grove. Your drivers are not taking the packages to the apartments they belong to and are just leaving them at the mailbox downstairs just sitting in the elements. This is unacceptable and even dangerous as most of these packages contain medications these people desperately need that could be ruined and most of these people have a hard time getting around to be able to go get them as they are older. The property manager has tried to speak with the drivers about this so has the maintenance manager as well as many residents. Y'all need to fix this immediately it's not okay. We've even tried calling and are getting no where. There is literally an elevator in both buildings it's not that hard to take the packages where they need to go. It isn't a big property and it's easy to find the right apartment. Y'all need to do your jobs bc I have NEVER seen this problem anywhere else and y'all's lack of customer service is apalling.

Unreal. The robo is awful. Unable to get a human for help. UPS store lost my package even though I have a drop off receipt. I am unable to file a claim, because it's an Amazon gift return. Website says to call in, but robo won't let me thru. Can you give me back the last 3 days of my life for all the drama and my life WASTED on this? UPS store has gone out of business. LOL Beautiful

Yesterday the driver left a blank info notice in the door with no information on it. They did not knock or ring the doorbell, which creates a major inconvenience for me. I called the customer service number, and requested to speak to his hub supervisor. The woman hung up on me, after I told her not to get loud with me. I stated that the driver need to be reprimanded for his lack of ability to complete his job. I went to the hub and the person who hung up on me was an African American woman with blonde dreads and glasses. She lied, and said she never hung up on me nor did she kept the same energy she did over the phone. I asked for her name, and the gentleman in the picture told me he was not going to continue talking to me because I was recording. If you did your job correctly, me recording would have not been a concern. They never apologized for the era, they just kept saying the package was out for delivery today. They couldn’t grasp the principle that their driver did not knock or ring the doorbell, and now I’m waiting on a package of medication that value over $3000.00 which I will be verifying and sending to corporate. These people are extremely incompetent, and does not take accountability for an era that was made by there driver. So I will be filing multiple complaints with the bbb, and the department of consumers affairs. I am not to be played with, and will not be disrespected. I will also be sending the recording to corporate and uploading the video to all my social media platforms.
