Unfortunately l have to get them 1 star when truly l wish l could give them zero stars. The lights are incredibly too bright it gave me a headache. The room by the bathroom has water spewing from the ceiling and it looked so trashy and dirty. l don’t understand why a corporate location this big looks dirty. I’m never one to shame on a place but the carpets and whole room by the bathroom just grossed me out. The carpets look like they have not been cleaned in years. Who allows people to work in this environment? I also don’t understand why they aren’t using desktops, the rep l was working with was awesome but l couldn't see a thing on his little tablet. I don’t remember it being like that in the past. It just made things more difficult. I couldn’t see anything he was trying to show me on my account and it was incredibly frustrating.Shame on upper management!

Frazier helped us with our family plan and I've never had a better experience. He was extremely knowledgeable about Verizon's products and plans and with a few quick questions he helped us zero in on what were the best options for our family. Frazier also stayed with us for quite some time working through problems in porting over our accounts (AT&T's mistake, not Verizon) - and determined the problem and solution. A great experience all around. Friendly, professional, with follow through to problem solve. A rare find these days. Thank you, Frazier!

Spencer helped me to update a very old iPhone 7 to a very new iPhone 14, and somehow lower my bill in doing so. I am always skeptical of sales people, but Spencer seems to genuinely care about his customers, and he took the time to explain the fine print and to make sure I had the best rates. I would 100% recommend this retailer and Spencer specifically to friends and family.

Sean was the bomb dot com for us! We were in Folly Beach on vacation from the Midwest and my aunt's phone started having an issue with the SIM card. She wasn't able to do anything on the phone. But, Sean hooked us up with a new SIM card at no cost and had us on our way in a jiffy. Many thanks Sean and Verizon!
