Used to work for cellular sales never ever charged my customers for SIM cards. Was told it was $20 for a SIM card which is free it’s just a commission scam. Was on a vacation and all let us leave the store with no service. That’s cellular sales and Verizon for you

it doesn't get better than this. when you have to break down and go in for a new phone, it's always a tough decision, but speaking with Spencer, you feel like youre getting the straight line on the best options. fast and thoughtful service from a person with the customer's best interests in mind. will be heading here for all my connectivity needs from here on out. thanks to the team!

Went in with multiple issues, Dennis was able to help with all of them. Fixed my text message issues under a minute. Helped lower our bill and was able to help set up ID ME to get the military discount. Everytime I've gone to this store I received nothing but great customer service.

Sam helped me get a new phone and was extremely helpful and friendly during a strange and unique situation I had with switching out of my former carrier’s plan. Spectrum had huge issues with their system and it took literally days to port me out to Verizon. I had to return to the Verizon store on multiple occasions. It was pretty grueling. But Sam had an amazing attitude and was very helpful and patient with my situation. He made the experience better with his genuinely kind personality and demeanor. He went way beyond the call of duty, going the extra mile by talking to Spectrum with me and getting to the bottom of their issue in their system. He worked with me and the spectrum people and got to the bottom of it. Thanks a million Sam! You definitely took good care of me, and I would recommend to any of my friends in need to come talk to you!

While on a wonderful labor day vacation, my phone was taken from me. I JUST replaced that phone through insurance maybe a month ago. I'm not sure which emotion was more powerful, the disbelief, the anger, the stress, the fear... I thought this would be the end for me. It was 7:30pm. I called this Verizon to see if they had phones in stock in the hopes of getting a replacement. Luckily they were open until 9, so we rushed over and Robbie was my knight in shining business casual wear. He broke the news that if I filed a claim, I wouldn't have a phone for at least 2 days. I fearfully asked how much a new phone would be. This angel of a man looked into it and informed me that I could go from an iPhone 11 to an iPhone 13 for basically free. He even did the math right in front of my eyes. I don't know math, but he had a small duck on his polo and from that I knew I could trust him. Not 2 hours after losing my phone, I had a brand new, upgraded iPhone in hand, with a new case and screen protector. God bless you Robbie for saving the weekend, and my life. Alejandro was also there helping keep me in good spirits when I thought these were my final moments on earth. Good guys, good service, and as always, a good God.
