This Walgreens is TRASH. Been waiting 3 months for one of my meds. Spoke to the Pharmacy manager Brittany and she was the rudest person ever. Kept interrupting me, would not let me finish anything and then hung up on me. Google wouldn’t let me leave the review without any stars. They don’t even deserve 1. Trash as human beings and as a business. If my insurance would let me use a different pharmacy all together, I definitely would. DON’T USE THIS LOCATION!!!

Whoever I spoke to at the pharmacy regarding insurance was extremely rude. She cut me off, spoke over me, and then proceeded to speak to me like I was stupid. I hung up and she cancelled all of my meds after I specifically asked her to push them all through without insurance as I am very sick. Again, very sick and they canceled my medication out of spite. I am not even sure if that’s legal but I will not be going back to this pharmacy as health and wellness are clearly not their priority at the pharmacy. I hope they are aware of who is working there, how they speak to customers, and that they are just canceling medications for someone with the flu because they couldn’t have a civil 3 minute conversation. I’m absolutely disgusted. I’ve been in customer service specially in the medical field and I would never speak to someone in the regard that this woman spoke to me. Horrible.

TREATED LIKE A CRIMINAL OVER $25 RETURN by Christian the Assistant Manager. Cristain refused for me to return a Christmas gift purchased at this store. I can understand that if they used my drivers license and saw that I was trying to return without a receipt constantly, that there would be a problem. I havent returned anything at all.I know that it was purchased from this store because my grandmother can't drive and walks to shop Walgreens regularly. Wife was going to keep hers but being treated this way I plan to return all four. I plan to contact the manager tomorrow hopefully he can resolve this otherwise I will ban grandma from shopping there. Manager did the return and I changed the rating from a 1 star to a 3 star.

I called to make sure they had the Covid vaccine before I drove 45 minutes to get there. They assured me they had it. When I arrived and stood in line they said they did not have it and don’t know when they’ll get it. Absolute worst service experience.

Waited in line for a while as the cashier wrestled with a box someone brought in to have delivered by ups. The cashier was wearing sunglasses from the shelf that still had the tags on them and she seemed very uninterested in helping the customers. She told the customer to "get a Cart for the box" despite there being no shopping carts available. Then she proceeded to take the box and slam it on the ground before coming back to ring us up. I don't think the customer appreciated their package being thrown and I know we didn't appreciate her attitude.

This walgreens is great BUT y’all really need a bigger sign at the pharmacy drive thru saying the outer lane is only for drop offs. The text is so small you can’t read it til you’re already in the wrong lane! Meanwhile the sign about covid testing being left lane only is ENORMOUS.

I WHOLE heartily recommended Walgreens on Folly Road. The customer service alone is worth me driving two hours round trip. Keith went above and beyond to help me out. Not only were they able to fill Millie’s insulin, I was told about Levemir’s My$99Insulin. I have NEVER complained about paying $300-$500+ for my pup to have her medicine but I am so grateful for being able to save.

Head pharmacist very rude. And today wasn’t the 1st time I’ve had a bad experience with her! Most everyone in pharmacy is rude ! Front cashiers are excellent! I’ve decided to transfer my prescriptions to Walmart! Walgreens Pharmacy never again!!

Very rude pharmacy manager. Switched to CVS on Harborview where the pharmacist is professional and compassionate.

I regularly arrive at the store to find a sign saying CLOSED, it’s posted right next to the sign stating it’s open 24 hours. Thanks for wasting my time yet again Walgreens. Most of the staff is friendly, but clearly the manager doesn’t manage things very well

I am giving this 5 stars, not because I love Walgreens, but because the pharmacists and people working behind the counter were wonderful tonight. The last time I was here it was so bad I switched to CVS. We had an ill child tonight so went to urgent care, then the 24 hour Walgreens. It was wonderful. They were pleasant, nice and calm and patient. I have previously had so many bad experiences I vowed never to go back, but if they keep this up I will switch back!

The manager was nice enough to let me in the store while closing for my one item I needed. That was the plus. While checking out BRAD was quite the rude person. He rung me up and threw me my items (no bag) then I asked for a bag and he caught an attitude with me. I can’t help that u don’t like your job. Maybe he just had a bad night I don’t know but I definitely didn’t appreciate his customer service

, I had the pleasure to deal with Amy last night the pharmacist on my way to work in Asheville 3 hours away at 4 in the morning all of the other white pretentious entitled pharmacist that work there did not want to help me thanks Amy for saving my job and causing me a lot less stress and anxiety God bless you. If not forcAmy I would give zero stars.

TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE with Photo Printing. They had a stripe in the middle of all my pictures from a faulty machine. (Apparently, they need to order a part for) They initially said it must be from my photos (which I printed 11 large photos from different cameras and events) even though it was the same stripe in the same place on every photo. (Clearly their machine)The associate and manager weren’t helpful and said if I wanted a refund, I would need to come to talk to a different manager about it the following day.Ridiculous to ask customers to pay for messed up products.
