Had to page 3 times for someone to come to fabrics to help me get something out of a case.. went back up and saw the electronics lady and she came over but that’s not her dept or job. Watched 3 people walk by me on their phones not ask if I need help or anything lol Walmart is so trash

This location is poorly stocked, Walmart has taken the item lookup number out of the system for the 3 gallon water refill. Instead of going to get us the number they made us leave self checkout and stand in line for register 8 so the girl there could look the number up in a book. I don't understand why the lady at the self checkout couldn't have got that number and put it in. Better check supplies before heading here because they may not have it.

Walmart was normal Walmart. Well stocked, good prices, self checkout.What made this location great was the staff at McDonalds. 3 young people were the friendly ist polite and helpful crew I've seen lately. The place was spotless, the service was excellent. I was very impressed. Whoever owns this place better do whatever possible to retain this crew, workers like them are hard to find in today's market.

I had to wait literally no joke 1 hour and 10 mins to get someone to come over and unlock a cabinet in the Kitchen appliances for a Blender. Took them 4 times of paging a manager on duty over the intercom before anyone showed up to help. RIDICULOUS!! I get theft is a big issue but if you cant provide more than 1 key to the manager duty... then you dont need to put the entire store practically in a locked cabinet. Provide more of your staff with Access to locked inventory. if you can't do that because you dont trust the staff that doesnt have a manager title then they dont need to work there in the first place.

Shelves were well stocked. Only problem was too few cashiers. I don't mind self check but I feel that is taking away someone's pay.

This is the best Walmart in Charleston. At least that I have been to. Everyone was so kind and they had a lot of stock. If anyone isn’t thankful for this Walmart and it’s location go to rivers… you’ll be thankful for what you have lol

There is no employees the employees that are there want you to do their job and then scan yourself out while they do nothing. The management there runs their mouth and expects you to be quiet. They lock their paint cabinets up and have nobody there with the key, I walked around the store for 20 minutes, trying to find an employee finally found one name, Miss K, who is a very disgustingly horrible person, like a gossip girl who just runs her mouth I would recommend never stepping foot in this Walmart

Shopping here for over a year and have no complaints! Fresh produce and staff is nice. Always busy, and BRING a cart in that is outside if you can! Older people can't go back out to get one!

Was looking to buy a bicycle here, No prices on any of the bikes, looked like a bomb went off in the bike area, bikes were 1/2 assembled, poorly assembled, or pirated for parts. Could not find any customer service in that section or in the immediate area around. We like Walmart, but there are some issues here.

Good amount of parking, Had just what I was looking for at a reasonable price. Workers were friendly and pointed me in the right place for the items I purchased. In and out in 10 minutes.

Do NOT shop here. Let me start off by saying we have been customers for about 20 years. Since i was a baby my parents came here. We have had a time where we bought ground beef and it was literally bad. Tonight i went to cook dinner and once again the meat was bad. I've done numerous pick up orders and have been given rotten fruit. Yep!! ROTTEN!!! This is ridiculous and tonight i'm just overall done because the money we have spent here is insane on meats and groceries. I am so disgusted. Shop at publix or costco for your meats and fruits.

Shopping in the garden center and met Virginia. She was delightful!! She suggested ways to keep pest out of the garden and walked us over to show us where to purchase. We will definitely be back to see Virginia.

Says opens at 6am on the door , guess the employees don’t know how to tell time . Had to wait until 6:20am for them realize what time it was to open the doors . Typical Walmart experience ….

Terrible store manager he's a bully to his staff throwing merchandise in the isles and at staff. He ran off great managers who have been there along time. No proper training or support! I worked for wally in the 90s in Richmond and my store was fantastic. My parents worked at FL location almost 20 years and loved it.
