All things Yeti, but not overly marked up because of the area. From shirts and hats to back packs and of course, coolers, mugs etc...I bought a water bottle and it is quite nice. Staff were helpful and friendly.

Great look and feel to the store. They had a great selection of all things yeti even some harder to find items.

Asked for a certain item. They said they had it. Rush there, drove around to find parking, paid for parking. Just to go in and find out that they lied.

Bought a bottle from there a week ago and the cap had been leaking. I thought it was user error at first, but problem persisted. I brought it in and the GM diagnosed the problem in .5 seconds, took a new lid off the shelf, gave it to me for free and was incredibly kind. Could not have asked for a better experience and service. The woman working who pointed me in his direction was very welcoming as well.

I’ve literally never written a bad review for anything. Had a terrible customer service experience here - I attempted to exchange a brand new, never used Tundra 65 (in plastic, tags on) and was denied by the manager because it was “damaged” - whatever scuffs he was referring to are so minuscule you can’t even capture in a photo.I live in Charleston. I’m a chef, I buy tons of coolers. I’ll never go back

This YETI store is absolutely packed with an endless selection of Yeti products. They have coolers, bottles, bags, and all the accessories to elevate each product. The staff is extremely friendly and eager to answer your questions. Yes, you pay a lot for a YETI cooler, but the quality is unrivaled.

My "non-yeti" bottle leaked. Luckily we found this Yeti store. It has every Yeti you can think of is here. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I spent a lot of time trying to figure out my color (went with Red). Additionally, they do have a restroom for shoppers.And, if you are replacing a damaged Yeti, you can bring in that old Yeti. They will recycle it and give you $5 off your purchase.

Worst service ever. We tried to return items we never used...but they said the items "looked" used. Employees must be paid to reject returns...even valid returns.

Great staff and the most absurdly large collection of Yeti and Yeti related accoutrements you could ever possibly dream of and in every color too. They also sell Yeti Charleston stuff which is really neat - great present for any Yeti enthusiast. They had t-shirts and stickers and I think some other SC stuff that had been out of stock at the time.

The store is located in a very congested part of Charleston. I recommend that you walk to visit the store. There is minimal parking, the sidewalks are extremely small so the only easy way to get in and out of the store is by walking. The store itself however, is very large and spacious. I spent a lot of time debating between a new lunch box, which I did end up buying and I love, as well as a rambler mug. It's been a couple months now since I visited the Yeti store, And I love my mug and my lunch box very much. I am actually planning my next purchase and I really appreciate it being able to touch all of the things in the store to get a really good understanding of the extremely high quality of the products. These are my first two Yeti purchases.
