Very bad service , The black-haired old lady around 50s with a lot of makeup on her face who notarizes documents made me wait for hours so she could act arrogantly that she didn't want to notarize my document because she didn't have time to read it and assumed it was something else and didn't want to notarize it or take the time to read it. Very bad service. If she didn't waste time putting on makeup, she would have time to do her job.

Opened business account for 2 of my small business here. Big mistake! The employee has no clue of how to do “right thing” and to correct their error, I am told that I have to come in branch and work with the same employee!
Part 2: So I emailed+ called her & had to leave message but didn’t get call back, so I went to branch and I was told that I have to come back after 2 hours since nobody else would work with me!When I was very upset with the branch manager, than only he spoke with customers service and gave me an option to get paperwork filled by same employee and get back the papers signed by me & my wife (who is currently sick and bedridden). Unfortunately after spending over an hour, I was told that it wouldn’t work as due to the fraud that banks employees committed in 2016, all the paperwork need to be signed in person by all account holders (sorry, no e-sign or zoom call), even to correct mistake by bank employee! Do I have any option other than closing the account?

Very pleased with the service I receive on a regular basis however this branch REALLY NEEDS private offices for the financial
advisors and personal bankers. There is 1 office for private business but when that office is busy, well, little privacy in the cubicles. NOT GOOD!!

My chip on my debit card no longer works. First I wait in the chairs for 10 minutes. Then when someone is free they tell me to wait in the regular line, there someone will assist me. Then I get to a teller telling me they can't help you with your debit card (?!) and do it online. In the meantime, at least a week I will have no card at all and not all stores I frequent take cash anymore. Gee thanks. Not all of us want to do everything online and I needed a back up card. Why have a branch office if you can't do the basics? Just a warning to others.

I don’t even want to share my experience. The elderly red head lady was so rude. It’s incredibly difficult to believe people think it’s okay to treat and talk to people this way and then add an additional layer of treating customers this way….unacceptable and disappointing. Literally went home and closed ALL of my accounts.

The woman who appears to be the manager is a horrendous woman. Waited in line for 10 minutes while they had one teller. The manager came over and essentially tried to get everybody out of the store instead of helping. Refused to help an old man that needed a copy, turned another old woman away for seeking some help with her card. They also made me throw away cash because it was torn in “too many pieces” and wouldn’t replace them even though the serial number was complete.

very bad service from the account specialists, the lady who serves is very rude, I do not recommend it, how is it possible that such a large bank is served by such unprofessional people?

I have spent several Fridays and a lot of time with Veronica (Senior Premier Banker), Tegan (Associate Personal Banker) and Joe (Branch Manager) working to close out my deceased mother's account. I cannot think of the last time that I felt so well taken care of at a bank! I am so grateful for the time they spent with me to go through the process... in fact, so grateful that I am now closing out my Bank of America account and opening accounts with Wells Fargo. Their customer service was just over the top! ???

Finally got fed up with Wells Fargo's garbage service and woke politics, went in to close my account, and was told I'd have to come back in an hour because apparently the tellers are too incompetent to close an account in less than an hour.

I went to the branch after spending 4 hours total on the phone with customer service with no resolution. My banker, Chris, went way above and beyond to help me find a resolution to the problem. He handled an incredibly frustrating and stressful situation with the utmost professionalism and kindness!

Had an appointment with a banker to complete a wire transfer for a property I was purchasing same day. Had a booked appointment for 12:30 PM and arrived about 10 minutes late. Was told the banker was in the back and would be out momentarily to assist me. Shortly, a lady who I believe was the banker meant to assist me came out of the back and I overheard her tell the other workers she was going to lunch. About 15 minutes after that another worker came over to ask me again what time my appointment was for and when I said 1230 per response was “ oh, let me go check because I hope she did not go to lunch”. After waiting another 10 minutes and no one returned I gave up and left to find another branch that would give me the service I needed. very disappointing customer service.

I visited the drive up at this branch today and encountered the branch manager during my transactions. I found her tone to rude and condescending and she was extremely unpleasant. I will be closing my account with Wells fargo and taking my business to Founders credit union.
