Saw a couple customers & I pulling up & immediately locked the doors. They say they close at 5 now but it was 4:53 when they locked the doors. They are unprofessional

This store has labels indicating one price but charges another. The cashier just blamed it on the manufacturer for not updating the label as if it isn’t a dollar general label!

Visited this store today and, as usual, unprofessional young females working there. The cashier was loosening her extensions while working the register. I was apparently invisible to her because she failed or refused to provide any verbal communication, you know the necessary requirements to handle a customer service position. Another cashier was lingering around the front, sitting on a folded chair. This is the lackluster behavior that is very common in this store. DG needs to hire people who desire to work and create a friendly and welcoming environment v. these young unprofessional people who merely want a paycheck and their attitude reflects it.

If I could give it zero stars I would. Why not shut this location down, if the doors are always locked. Employees is either outside or no where to be found in the store.

It’s either the system is down or the doors are lock 1 hour before closing never fells … ridiculous!!!!!

Came to this store to get a few items and the woman stated the system was down, however as I was leaving I noticed she allowed two gentleman with a child to enter the store. I turned back around only for her to stare at me through the closed door. This store definitely needs new management because the store is closed more than it's open and they are quick to put that "system down" sign in the window when they don't want to work.

Staff is terrible Store wasn't closed and they would let us in 2 grab a few things lame excuse that there is only 2 workers take only one to ring some one up. This was 20 till the closed.

The one on Covenant Rd is really not the best the workers are very nasty and if you go in there and your having a bad day don't open your mouth or you will get into it with one of them you will be banned from the store the new workers came in our neighborhood and they give us junk I definitely will be glad when new people come work here

poor management. went to get a propane tank .looked in locker had over 5 with blue cap on them .went inside employee asked manager if they had any manager said no .I informed employee there were some full .they would even go look .lost a customer ..GOOD BYE
