Don't waste your time and money here. They only ran one of the two tests that was on my lab slip. When I tried contacting them to find out if the first test had been run and just wasn't back yet, it was ridiculously hard to get an answer. Then I got stuck with a bill because apparently they're out of network with BCBS?

The TV in the waiting room says “appointments take priority over walk-ins” but at this location you’re checked in as a walk in and the fact that I had an appointment is pointless. I was still put BEHIND the 7 people in the waiting room even though I had an appointment and I was here 10 minutes before that appointment time. The screen also shows how many are currently being served and the one below says “customers with scheduled appointments” and it shows 0. I know at least 2 of us had appointments. If you don’t honor appointments, don’t offer them! Do not recommend if you can avoid it, but they know they pretty much have you so, they don’t care.

Good business but whoever your driver is of car #57390 that’s going down I-20 towards Florence after 2pm on 8/18/23 definitely a bad look for your company beeping the horn, flashing lights, sticking his middle finger out the window all while speeding in and out of traffic. Looks terrible!

Upon arriving to the facility the female lab collector (of Spanish decent) complained that she was going to miss her lunch due to me being the last drug test before lunch at 11:45 am. Proceeded to take my specimen disclosing I did not pee enough. 30 minutes later she collected another specimen, disclosing it was the same amount as before, it was not enough. I called my employer for recommendations due to the ultimatum of waiting three hours in the facility or her putting a refusal on my account. I decided to wait, and she said she would have to send off all specimens collected. She reached in the trash can and only found one specimen and told me she could not find the other but to sign so I could take another specimen. It printed my forms she then said it didn’t allow the option for another specimen and then informed me to leave.

My wife and I had wellness screenings together at this location. We signed in and were seen right at our appointment times. They were efficient and friendly. Great experience. Thank you!

Not very sanitary...heavy black woman used same gloves to touch doors, equipment and supplies. Then used gauze pad with alcohol to clean injection site and placed it down on the arm rest, only to try and place it on the injection site... im.sure that arm rest had not been cleaned prior to my arrival. Then got mad when she was challenged about it... Never go there again.

We drove the hour from Dalzell since this lab was the only one my husband’s insurance in PA would cover. Check in was easy and he was finished in no time. Best of all, we are back in PA for his dr appt tomorrow morning and he just called his dr to ask if they got the results, and they did!! Thank you to whomever was on the ball to get that done!!

Melinda (sorry if I misspelled) was very helpful. She seemed to be the only one working as she was doing the job of multiple people, but she was handling everything very professionally!

They obviously don't open on time and don't have staff there on time. Arrived to my 7am appointment with a dark locked office (actually got here at 655 which is 5 minutes Early).I scheduled an early appointment for a reason ( so I won't get to work too late). I normally go to Lab Corp on Farrow Road which is really quick and efficient (literally no waiting). I only scheduled with Quest since it was a few miles closer to my house. I'm here still waiting for them to open, and it's 715. Let's see how much longer I have to wait. Nevermind. I'm just going to leave and schedule an appointment at Lab Corp.Update: I checked in through their checkin app a little before 7am. It's almost 8am, and no one has contacted me.Update 2: Just got a text saying that they are ready for me now. It's almost 810am. What's the point of scheduling appointments. Lab Corp honors your appointment times.

The staff here are so lazy. The clinic closes at 4pm but you can expect them to turn you away at 2pm. The place was empty but the lady said she wasn't letting nothing stop her from getting off and going to see her baby at 4pm. Like, it's 2pm? Then the hours should say you close at 2pm. The staff just ignore you and go back to starring at their phone waiting until 3:58pm to leave.
