They installed what I thought was a original equipment windshield which it was not they recalibrated camera in my vehicle now my vehicle needs a new camera system. but the dealer won’t work on the vehicle because of the windshield safelite put on so I now have to pay for another windshield $1200 from a different windshield installer p.s.they change the back glass and there’s tons of glass still in the just sliding and rattling make sure you ask for the or windshield and stay away from this place

I've dealt with a lot of front desk people and most are moderately unpleasant. But the people I interacted with here were great. It felt like they have a great workplace culture and environment. Maybe because it the morning shift. Idk. And they got my windshield replaced quickly. It's only been 2 hours since though, so we'll have to see if the job will hold properly. But so far, I've no reason to doubt them. Great job Clayton and team!

Just had the best experience with my Safelite Technician. He was early, even though we are all the way out in Chapin. He was very professional , w/ 10 years of experience and an Army Veteran. Went through all the details with me and the glass looks perfect! These guys know what they are doing! Technician came out and broke side piece between driver side door/window and windshield and bent the hood on my car. I reported this to the office and another technician came out and halfway repaired the hood but after multiple phone calls, promises, and deadlines that have passed nearly a year ago communication has stopped on their end and I guess I will have to take this to small claims court. I now know why their commercial says Safelite repair, Safelite replace, because after they repair your windshield YOU will have to replace other parts of your vehicle.

Great place. Very simple. Just go on the website and see your car information, choose whether you want to have insurance take care of it or you take care of it out-of-pocket, you select your time and day. You show up. They take care of you. Two hours later, you are back in your car.

This was the absolute worst experience I have ever had getting a windshield replaced. The customer service is very lacking and I waited over 3 hours to get my windshield replaced. When I inquired about what was the hold up the front desk employee was not friendly AT ALL!! Horrible Horrible Horrible customer service!!!

Clayton was FANTASTIC. Had to come in because my vehicle has cameras so it requires calibration. And, yeah the calibration part of waiting 3 hours sucks but he was amazing and kind and knowledgeable and had a sense of humor. I'll come back to this location just because the techs are amazing!!!!!

Had a 2004 Sequoia back glass replaced at their shop. Quick and efficient. Lance, the technician, went the extra mile explain what caused my window to shatter, did some maintenance to the window track and other areas related to the window retraction system free of charge, and was very courteous/respectful.I prefer to do things myself on a car this old (what’s the worst I can do), but had limited time to get this fixed and they were able to get me in within two days.

I took my vehicle in to have the windshield replaced. When I arrived, they told me it may take up to 3 hours to complete the replacement and calibration. The work was completed in less than one hour. The work was very good.

Our automatic dimming lights won't work after they calibrated the new windshield. When we took it back, they tried to explain to us that our make model and year did not have automatic dimming lights, which is funny because we had them before we took our car there.

We had our windshield replaced on our 2015 BMW i8, and it was generally a good experience. The issue arose when we discovered they did not attach the exterior A pillar molding properly on the passenger side. This caused it to snap off when the door was opened and broke the rain seal on the door. We didn't notice this because my husband took the car by himself and didn't open the passenger door while there. By the time he got home, they were closed. We attempted to return to have this fixed on Sunday, but they were closed. This is an issue because Google clearly says they are open on Sundays and says it was confirmed by the business. But we drive all the way there, and they're closed, and their 24/7 phone service is straight to voicemail. We do not have time to have this fixed during the week due to work, and this location is far from our house, so we will have to go a week now, hoping it doesn't rain and leak inside the car.
