"Great food and good prices. Just don't be sitting in line for five minutes before 12 o'clock. Cuz once the clock hits 12 you'll hear "we're closed". No matter how long you've be been sitting in line to be served before 12, you will be turned away. That is not common courtesy. At least finish serving the people in your line that have been sitting there well before you turned off your lights. And isn't Sonic supposed to be 24 hour anyway? "The prices are great, the variety and the food are actually pretty good for the fast food factor and the people are nice. The reason for the single star though is they are disorganized, often out of items, slow to even take your order, often parking slots are out of order and it just keeps getting worse every time I go. Having an incomplete or wrong order has become more of the standard then getting it right."

"I went with my wife and daughter. We ate in the dining room. Overall the experience was poor as follows:
1. The tables in the dining area were dirty.
2. The order took a long time to be brought out.
3. My wife's order was wrong but the associate said it was right and made no effort to correct it. She was to have a chili pretzel dog but was given a pretzel dog.
4. The diet coke was fine but when I went to refill it, the refill was flat. The associate refilled it behind the counter and it was OK again. She acknowledged that the machine in the dining room didn't work right but made no attempt to fix it. I got the distinct impression they've known about it for sometime.
5. The cheeseburgers were dry and rubbery. I took them back up and suggested they weren't cooked properly. The associate, Bree, took them apart in front of me, held up the beef patties and said they looked fine. After manhandling both burgers she reassembled them and slid them back to me. I'm not sure what she wanted me to do at that point. Eat them after that? She offered no other suggestions. Eventually I asked if I could have 2 new ones and she did say OK. The new one's were quite good and she said she cooked them personally. She was very friendly but her managerial skills were lacking.
6. The tater tots were undercooked and had a "fishy" odor. I question if they reused oil that fish was cooked in. After the burger issue above I didn't complain again.
7. There was no toilet paper in the Women's bathroom."
"Great food and drink options with a great placement on accessibility from RT 77 and shopping areas of Forest drive and fort Jackson. Always kept very clean and looking good. Only draw back is the wait times can be longer then expected sometimes."
"Trash completely trash one I had to speak just to be met with an attitude. Then to top it off I ask for ketchup and the server Breunca hands me one single packet for two burgers. She needs to find new employment immediately because customer service is not for her."
"The best advice that I could give would be to not visit that location after midnight. The staff seem to be disoriented and very Unapologetic about the mistakes that they made with my order. As a matter of fact the drive-thru employee by the name of Rob was the rudest I've ever experienced any restaurant."
"Went through the drive thru for dinner and it wasnt busy at all. The woman was rushing me through the order and cut me off. Got to the window and asked if i could add on...she stated "you are not allowed to do add-ons at the window" all the while taking someone elses order in her headset making it confusing as to who she was talking to... she was rude and short. So ended up having to wait at the trash can... got my order but they forgot my childs sundae and tried to give me something else...so i corrected them and they fixed it quick. Anyways, it didnt make sense at all that i had to pull up to the
side to make an "add-on" in the short amount of time i have been here i definately feel their customer service needs work."

"Fast and friendly by far the best sonic I have ever been to, when they asked me to pull forward it was because they were making my burger fresh for me and dropping fresh tater tots, so they could keep the line moving, after about three minutes a boy on skates brought me my food out.
