Just ordered a 3 piece wing the lady stated she only had two wings would i like a leg. I told her I dont eat legs could i get a thigh and smiled . She rudely said ill think about it and proceeded to put a leg in my box very distasteful and will not be returning get better workers. Its always your own people being nasty

Best service ever came in around 9:30 AM. The lady with a pretty locks had amazing customer service. I’m happy it is new faces. Every time I come in she is always there working hard and very friendly. I believe she is also the young lady that I seen one morning that saved a young gentleman‘s life inside the store, that woman definitely should be in a higher position. She responded so quickly I can tell she has medical experience. She did an awesome job. , that woman definitely should be in a higher position. If you don’t, I will be gladly to take her from you. Please recognize her she deserves it!!!

When I say, I will not be shopping at no other SPINX other than this location the pretty young lady that serve me this morning has the best customer service I ever seen. I love her energy. She always makes me want to come back the young gentleman with the glasses is also a sweet hart…Every time I come in that location I see that young lady and that young man working hard great job you guys and thank you for being in my community …

Throw away the whole store. Both cashiers up front on the phone. The kitchen is clueless about what they serve and please have them wear hairnets!!

The 5 star rating is purely for the cashier I met, not the store as a whole! At 4:57 A.M., Mya (Hope it's spelled correctly) greeted me both enthusiastically and genuinely!! A genuine smile and a genuinely welcoming attitude. Not sure if she's a new addition, but I definitely she doesn't lose that customer service. Instantly noticeably different from the usual young lady at this time.

If you order food be expected to wait abt 30 minutes. In the meantime get gas, use the restroom, or any thing else first.

We stopped here hoping to get some food for a decent price and were also hoping they were not like we remembered years ago. We ordered the livers and gizzards. After getting the bag, I immediately regretted it. Paid over $16 and all I could think about was how many packs of liver and gizzards I could get from the store or what other places we could have went to. The food is way too salty. So you will have to wash them down with something. The large size is not what I expected. I thought it would be a decent box of them. No, their portion size is the worst. Their large looks like a small. It is better to cook these things at home if you know how. At least that is what we will be doing for now on.
