Every time I go to the drive thru, I sit for at least 20 -30 minutes. Slowest bank I've ever seen.

Terrible service. It's like they don't want your business. I can fix that. I'll switch to a smaller customer friendly bank.

I went in on Monday February 8th to reopen my account, I sat in with Gypsy she was wonderful she helped me so much and she was so sweet I prefer BOA over the few other accounts I’ve had in the past and she made it super easy!
