Dr. Baete was kind, compassionate and patient with both me and my peekapoo, Stanley Brown. We evacuated from Black Mountain, NC with only 2 cans of dogfood left after the devastation of the hurricane. Words aren’t enough to express how thankful and blessed I am to have met the wonderful staff here. They are excellent at what they do!

Love this place. Been coming here for 5 years and they have always been wonderful. Kristin was a huge help to me on the phone yesterday during an urgent medical question for my dog and Dr. Crovesi is always awesome.
They also took great care of us 2 years ago when our 8 year old boxer was diagnosed with cancer. Highly recommend them.

Baxter Vet is beyond amazing. Everyone here is just incredible! the nurses at the front desk go above and beyond for my two companions Apollo & Havana.
Doctors truly care and are attentive.
Been with them for 3 years and its always been a pleasure.

I was very pleased with all aspects of Baxter Veterinary Clinic! What drew me to using this clinic was their grooming department as they were listed on the Fear Free directory. However, my dogs were in need of a wellness exam, so I thought it was a great fit.
The facility is very clean and all of the staff members were extremely nice, thorough, and knowledgeable. I felt like I could ask questions about any of the steps and they were ready with answers. Their handling skills with both of my dogs were fantastic, and they did what they could to keep them comfortable and happy during the visit.
Lastly, the prices are excellent! Taking two dogs to the vet to receive a wellness exam, fecal test, and tackle a surprise double ear infection for less than $300 was a relief.
(Bonus: the “PetPage” app is my new favorite tool to keep track off all of my dog’s vaccinations and medication/appointment reminders!)
Overall, I am super thrilled that I have found Baxter Veterinary Clinic and will be recommending it to friends and colleagues!

My family and I have been a customer at BVC for almost 12 years now. They not only excel with medicine but they truly care and support every single one of their patients and clients. Over the years I have seen how different vets run and practice veterinary medicine and without a doubt I believe BVC is the best clinic and do their very best to take care of everyone, people and animals together. All of the staff including all of the doctors, the medical team, the inn team and the spa team are wonderful people.

Very friendly staff and vets! We love Baxter Veterinary Clinic. They are always friendly and loving toward my dog. While she was a little nervous everyone helped to put her at ease with lots of pets and some treats.

Doctor Carroll and the two other staff members that assisted today were incredible with my dogs, River and Ridge! This was our first time at Baxter as we are new to the area and we would highly recommend them to anyone we know for excellent care for their fur babies! We are excited to continue our care with Baxter!

Every single vet at Baxter is amazing. Not only do they really listen, they are kind, gentle with my pup and provide amazing care and advice. I wouldn't take Snoopy anywhere else!
