“We purchased a ring enhancer for my diamond band for my 15th wedding anniversary. I walked in without an appointment and they were very clear who was ahead of me and how long it would take. I really enjoyed browsing and every single employee I passed spoke to me kindly. I had my appointment with Carl and he helped me find my very perfect ring. They took my band so that they could size the enhancer properly and were very careful with my ring. The work was done quickly and it turned out lovely. “Very neat shop on Main Street in Rock Hill. The building is an old building that has been renovated. The store not only sells art work but a mixture of items from kitchen ware to clothing to vinyl records. The basement area has a nice collection of vinyl records, dvds, and cds. Check this place out, I’m sure there is something for everyone. The owner is super nice as well.”

“I didn’t grab names, but the three staff I dealt with were excellent. A young man in a Beatles shirt was great at helping me choose a handgun for my needs, the older gentleman offered me a fair price for my jewelry, the black guy with tattoos was super kind and made my purchase easy, and though I didn’t deal with him, the Asian gentleman was helping other customers with a contagious smile. Even the younger staff was involved, kind, and helpful. I first stopped at David’s down the road, and they were rude and tried to lowball me. ~$420 of gold, Teagues gave me $330 no negotiation required, David’s offered $180 and acted as if I was wasting their time, said I was nowhere near the $220 pistol I was looking at. Joke is on them, I got a better handgun for a few bucks more, filled my car with gas, and still had extra cash. Teagues will be my first stop next time, and I recommend people looking for a pawn shop in the area go to Teagues first unless you want your time wasted and want to be insulted by a gentleman that couldn’t tell you the first thing about customer service.”
