Went by this branch today to open a new account. I was asked did I have an appointment & once I said no I was asked to be seated. 5 minutes go by & she lets me know I’m next. 2 people walked in 10 minutes or more after me with no appointment & they were not asked did they have an appointment either!!!! One came to open up a credit card & the other a safe deposit box. The safe deposit customer was seen & took back RIGHT away as I still was waiting!

I do not keep a physical card, only the digital card on my phone. My regular branch was shut down entirely so I’ve been forced to move to this location. The drive up ATMs almost NEVER have the “tap” option working. It’s equipped to do so, however 99% of the time they don’t and I’m forced to drive to dreaded Haywood road and use theirs. I operate outside of regular business hours and need this service to access my funds.

Every time I have had to deal with this branch there has been a significant issue on their end. No fault of mine. It has caused me to be unable to get money I earned at my job. I basically have to do their job for them. I blame management as they are the ones that made errors with my account.

I have been with Bank of America for 33 years & my bank location has shut down completely. Thus, I went to this Pelham Rd. location & this woman treated me like trash... was exceptionally rude! I was shocked because all Bank of America Representatives have always been kind to me. Hopefully, the GM at this location will let me discuss what I need!

Appointment times are absolutely worthless at this place. I waited 25min past my time and was still not helped. 10min of that time the woman that is supposed to helping stood there running her mouth about nothing to do with banking. Absolutely worthless and useless. You’d do better to try another branch.

Yeah my wife and I our thinking about banking elsewhere also because this the only bank that want let you cash checks unless you have the funds in your account and I don't understand that. Why do I have to have the exact amount of my check in my account to cash it? makes no sense and go to other banks and have no problem. Sometimes I just wanna cash my check deposit some and keep it moving but they tell ya you gotta wait till the next day if you want your funds ? when you go to other banks they just cash the checks. I hate going through the extra just to cash and deposit checks or money with them. Worst ever and the 1st ever I heard of using a customer money to cash checks if they want direct money 1st.

The experience of opening a checking account was a little more lengthy than I wanted it to be, due to the banks verification process. However Barbara and Stephanie made the process seamless and made sure I was handled with care.

It’s aweful. Worst bank I have ever been too. AllServices start with a 15 min wait. With a child is difficult. They have 3 account openers. A door greeter. Yet one teller all the time. It’s completely Ridiculous. It’s not Functional for the existing customer. Unless you don’t want Customers. I closed the account here bc of this and now I’mMaking the husband bc I hate coming here SOMuch. Not Even for him. Worst experiences ever.

This will be the last day I go into this bank! Bank of America on pelham Rd is the only one close to my office that is open since the epidemic. Past several months I have dealt with waiting for SO long for any teller service and rudeness from all of them. Waited so long to discuss for someone about monthly charges from my accounts, then being told I can do it on line and. "everyone was too busy." I am done. So many accounts at Bank of America, but do not need this kind of ervice. No one deserves this kind of service!!

Overall BOA is getting worse everyday. Not adjusting customer needs with virus. They can't keep locations open so as a business customer we have to drive out of our way. Than today I was told they have no change for change orders. Haven't had issues with T&D. It's a shame management don't care enough to run their locations the correct way. Looking forward to the day which is near by to not use BOA anymore. Horrible service!
