Very long line.. They were very kind, but if drive thru is all that is offered, then it needs to be very efficient.. I saw multiple cars leave.

I was disappointed with this visit. At two hours before closing at 8 p.m., the donut selection bwas lousy. The donuts I got were dried out.

One if the very few Dunkins that has done an excellent job. Great tasting drink AND they didn't ask me for money when I ordered and paid through the app. Good job!

They dont know how to make coffee..Even when you tell them how.to make it. It's like they dont like their jobs. So I dont reccomend this Dunkin to anybody. I'll update in a week or 2 maybe theyll see this. I get dunking EVERY morning. Step y'alls game up please!

Love Dunkin! Sometimes unorganized but the lines do move quickly. Love the fact that they're adding more items to the menu which gives us more reason to shop with them.

I ALWAYS place mobile orders here because it’s the closet one to my home and job. My orders are never ready when I arrive and I usually only order an iced coffee. I’m usually waiting. Today they decided to lock the front entrance door with no signage or update on the website. Because of where the restaurant is located it’s a very difficult drive thru. I had to wait 20 mins combined from the time I got there until I got my food. I knocked on the door several times while two employees stared at me. It was horrible customer service. They’re rude here and the service is slow. And not to mention, sometimes the food is frozen.

What a great experience I just had with Daniel at this dunkin. He overheard me talking about a coffee my customer didn’t like and he replaced it no questions asked! This dunkin will get my business from now on!!

Pathetic excuse of a restaurant. Orders never ready on time and the majority of time the lobby is closed without any kind of notice on the door. Don’t waste your time.

Wish I could give the place ZERO stars. On 12/23/20 around 1pm, I entered the store as the only customer (a couple cars were in the drive through). I stepped up to counter were a cashier was counting his drawer (evidentially at the end of his shift). That cashier completely ignored me, albeit he was trying to carefully count his cash. As I patently waited, I hear yelling in back near the drive through window. After waiting for about 3 minutes (still no other customers in the store), someone appears from the back, obviously trying to escape the argument back there and asks if I have been helped; I reply, "No." There was some mumbling about not be able to serve me since there was no drawer in the upfront register (yes, cashier #1 is still counting his cash just on the other side of the plexiglass). Then to add to the yelling in the back, out from some hiding place BEHIND the counter pops a young child who screams at someone in back. That receives an even louder yelled response from the back, from apparently the mother of the child, which I later see has "manger" pinned to her uniform. Meanwhile, I still have yet to be served; I normally would just leave, but a friend of mine loves DD and I was determined to get her a gift card for Christmas. Someone arrives in the store has a heated discussion about the child with the mother/manager in front of me and then leaves with the child. All the while the manger is still raging on her employees. Finally the drive through cashier (Brandon) has no customers, and comes to help me and rings up my gift card on his register in back. I finally accomplish my goal; it only took 12 minutes! I would normally just fill out the survey from my receipt, yet mine did not have a survey code and DD.com requires one for you to leave feedback. I did call the local feedback number and had to leave two messages; I did not receive a callback or email.

Placed a mobile order. Drove to the shop. Waited 28 minutes in an inescapable drive thru line. Got to the window and the order wasn't ready. I wish I could say that this was an isolated incident. This is the third experience like this. The products are not worth the time commitment.

This Dunkin deserves ZERO stars. Employee was rude and sitting on the counter top. Talk about unprofessional. I am extremely upset I would have never expected to be treated with such disregard. Maybe if there was a sign explaining that it was only drive thru this whole dilemma could have been avoided.

I absolutely LOVE DUNKIN DONUTS. BUT this time around, not sure if they're shorthanded or not. But I've been in the drive thru line for over 30 minutes. Placed my order while waiting in line and it's not done, like usual! As always they give great customer service.

Ever wait 20 minutes for them to not even take 1 persons order, not to mention even completing it. In the 20 minutes I spent in line, it didn't move at all. The ladies working didn't seem to be doing anything. Better spend your money elsewhere and let this location go out of business for truly terrible service.
