Staff especially an older woman working on breakfast shift on Friday January 8th 2021 extremely rude and condescending to older gentleman for not having a mask on. Instead of politely asking him to put it on, she belligerently told him to do so and threw his order towards him.

Worst service ever! Waited 15 minutes as only person on line. Young man took my order--A large Iced Coffee for $1.69--what I get everywhere. He rang up a small iced coffee for $2.39. I argued with him at length that I wanted a Large iced coffee for $1.69; he insisted it was not in the computer or on the menu. I pointed to the menu which flashed Large Iced Coffee 1.69; he insisted it was not in the system. Finally walked out. What a rip off! Asked to speak with a manager, he said he was the manager!! BS!

I went here and the lady was extremely rude and huffy. When I got to the window to receive my food, I asked nicely the other little girl for some ice in my drink. The same lady who took my order came over to the girl and asked rudely, “What’s wrong now?” Which the girl replied, “She wanted ice in her drink.”Then the lady said, “Why didn’t she say that in the first place? I guess she wanted pickles on her sandwich too? She don’t know what she talking about.” And right in front of me. I never felt so belated by an employee before and this was the one time where I can definitely say I should’ve asked for a manager and reported her. She did not make me feel appreciate at all and got my whole order wrong. Even if I was starving, I would never come back here again.

STAY AWAY!!!
Horrible service and that leads to horrible food. I ordered a breakfast, and asked if I got the salsa I asked for (didn't get it last time) and was told "rudely" to look in the bag and the promptly ignored. On top of it all the food was cold. Although I blame myself for this problem......I should know better than to go to a McDonald's.

Used the McDonald's app to get a $1.50 off of a buttermilk crispy chicken sandwich ?. The sandwich was fresh and had three tomatoes on it ?. Also enjoyed a large Dr pepper ?with no ice for a buck?. The sandwich was hot ?, the drink was cold ❄️, all is good.?

This morning the interior drive-thru was apparently not working, which I figured out after 6 cars from the exterior lane - who all came after me - were going ahead of me. My mobile order did not come with my particular coffee (which was free in the app) & I was told it was removed since they did not have that coffee at this location. But the guy 3 cars ahead of me got the exact same thing. How do I know? The exterior orders were appearing on the interior lane screen. 1st negative experience at this location.

Wish I did t have to do this. Have been stopping here for 3 yrs to get breakfast on my way to work. The past 3 weeks have experienced this: one line open instead of 2; waited 5 min to order; drove to 1at window and waited another 5 only to drive off; today, at the drive thru, waited 3 min, no one took order; another car drives up and orders; I drive around get in the other lane and wait 3 min to order; now have waited 5 more min and there is no one at the window to pay; drove off two days ago. Today I have spent 15 min to get a dang egg McMuffin. Not coming back for a long time, and it’s not COVID—- bad management.

I ordered an egg and cheese biscuit and they confirmed my order at the pay window. I drive to the next window to pick up my order and they hand me a egg biscuit, but the wrapper clearly stated egg and cheese biscuit. They took my biscuit to add cheese I thought, but nope they hand me another egg biscuit in a different wrapper. After the third time they finally got it right and put cheese on it. It’s bad when workers do not pay attention. It’s not that difficult!

We visited here often while my daughter was in hospital. I use the mobile app to help speed thing up . Some of the visits was fast mostly the morning one. The visits late evening was slow waited over 5 minutes one time about 10 minutes. The evening crew was rude didn't offer to apologize for our long wait . We used mobile app and used drive thu when arriving.

Would literally give 0 stars if I could. I drive to the window to get my food the lady just hands it out the window without saying anything at all. Then a few minutes go by and I'm looking around and she puts my food out the window literally saying nothing AGAIN. No thank you, have a good day, NOTHING the whole time. It was beyond rude and I will not be back. Hire nicer employees!!!!

People were rude and I asked for a sprite they didn't have it asked for Dr pepper got coke to much in a hurry to take care of their customer. In order to do a good job treat that customer as though they are the only one and things will go a lot smoother. !! The clock is not the customer !!

One of the better Mcdonald's in the area. Staff is usually nice & food is usually right. It's Mcdonald's so don't expect a ton but this is one of the better ones

If I could give 0 stars I would. This is the worst fast food restaurant I have ever gone to. The whole time I was ordering the lady was talking and laughing in the background- she had to ask me three different times about my order because she wasn’t listening. Then I get to the window, the entire staff had their masks pulled all the way down. The cashier took forever to even open the window because she was on her phone (as were all the people around her). I finally get my food. I ask for ranch because they forgot to put it in my bag. The girl drops it on the ground, and then tries to pick it up and hand it to me. The ground was FILTHY too. Nastiest and worst run fast food place I’ve ever been to.

I am typing this after waiting literally an hour for my meal. Since it was an online order I have no receipt even though my bank account proves I was charged. I just want my food, I was even nice about it. Update: No food, no refund. I will be calling corporate.

The absolute worst fast food experience I have had. I ordered fries, nothing else. I sat at the pickup window for 14 minutes listening to employees yell, laugh, and cut up with one another. Finally the person who was at the first window where I paid walk up and motioned for someone to come help me. The lady who came to serve me my food asked, what did you have. I replied fries. She said, could you pull forward please. I then sat an additional 15 minutes as I watched 9 cars behind me receive their food and drive away. I called inside via telephone and asked to speak to a manager. I explained the aforementioned to the lady who stated she was the manager. A few minutes later, my fries come out. She handed me the bag through the window as she blurted out a burr sound as though she was cold and scurried off. No, I’m sorry. No, explanation why 9 customers received full meals why I sat waiting on just fries. Then, to top it off, I open the bag to find a half of order fries. Pathetic!

This McDonald's staff is rude and extremely slow. No matter how polite and patient you are to them, they still ignore you and they have a bad attitude. 20 minute drive thru, with only two cars in front of me.
