I ordered on the mobile app and pulled up to the drive through, just to be told that they are "not accepting orders"(Even though they had someone else pull up to the second window) I exclaimed that I had already paid. The lady stated she did not have a grill person. So I told her the order was just a Sprite and a medium fry and she still refused to make my order. I've already had bad experiences with this place, but this one takes the cake.

This McDonald just can't seem to get it right. Been several times only because it is convenient to my job. Everytime I go the sofa machine is down, they have tea and bottled water. Ordering a combo that comes with a drink so I ask for the water, I get charged because it is bottled water. I had to repeat myself three times when placing the order. I get to the window to pay and they don't have my order so I have to place it a fourth time. Order still comes out wrong. ( I requested items be left off a burger ). Fries were cold and no salt but I didn't want to have to wait. Not a good experience.

Don't waste your time!
Drive a little further to the location on Woodruff. You will still get out of their drive-thru faster and with an accurate order.

My husband went in tonight and forgot his mask in the car. As he walked in he was screamed at by a large woman with red hair about not having a mask. He pointed out to her that the drive through guy had his mask below his chin. My husband came back out to get mask which by law he doesn't have to wear because of a medical condition. He went back in to place order and this woman had a attitude with him the entire time. The young man at the drive through kept pulling his mask down and wiping his nose. When my husband pointed this out he was told the young man had to pull his mask down to talk. Really now.. That makes a lot of sense. As my husband walked out she said customers are crazy. I called the store when he got home to speak to this so called manager. She refused to give me her name and continued to call me sweetheart and honey. I plan to contact the owner in the morning. Nice way to treat an Disabled Navy Veteran McDonald's. You night crew are horrible.

Had a DoorDash order to pick up. I waited 5 minutes to get to the speaker. They told me to pull around to the door and they would bring it out. I waited 10 minutes and nobody brought me the food. So I got back in line and waited another 5 minutes and got to the speaker again and this time they told me to pull to the second window. I waited in line for 20 MINUTES. When I got to the window I was told to pull up to the door.?♂️?♂️?♂️ I ended up being 30+ minutes late because of them.

Very unorganized, need a manager who encourages their staff to make it a priority to prepare customers orders before getting to a window. This location on Lauren's road keeps customers pulled around the other side to wait on food to be made, when it should already be made. Do better!!!

Disappointed that I asked for a lid with a quarter size amount of whipped cream for my 5 pound chihuahua due to driving all morning and I could tell he was getting antsy.They told me they couldn’t do it.When I got to the window I asked why and they said because there wasn’t a way to charge me for it.Kind of baffled by that. I can go anywhere else and ask that, even fellow McDonald’s and they’re happy to do it. Not to mention it’s the Lord’s Sunday. The day of rest and giving.Maybe have your employees learn to be kind give the cutest fur animals a FREE dallop of some .0125 cent of whipped cream.Went from coming here every single morning to now going to the one in powdersville due to your heartless, greedy employees.Why isn’t there a no stars option?

I normally HATE McDonalds' customer service. However, I just started working off of Laurens Rd and have been going to this location for at least 2 months now on and off. Let me start by saying my food is ALWAYS fresh at this location (even my burgers!!! every time I order one, it'll burn my mouth if I don't let it cool down) and Lisa (she works the drive through and she's an older lady) is the sweetest woman there!!! She is so friendly and is always wondering about my day and telling me to have a great day. She provides better Customer Service than many of the 5-star restaurants that I have been to. I am literally blown away with her service and will forever go to this location as long as she's working there!!!! Great job Mcdonalds and Miss Lisa :)

I haven't ate there in a long time, so when I rolled down my window (physically and manually.), And order in a calmed voice, just to pull up and pay at most $8 for a large meal... It's amazing. Plus there are also the new people working there Everytime.

I came through the drive thru this morning at exactly 4:30am. No one answered the intercom, so i drove around the building and a worker was standing outside the front door smoking. I asked her what time they open and she said 5:30 - 6. All the lights are on so she must just be lazy especially since she doesn'tappear to know exactly what time the place opens. Waiting to talk to a manager now. I have had similar issues with this location before. Owner needs to get involved!!! She drives a mercedes suv and also owns the one on woodruff road.

I can't believe this just happened. Drive thru, I've ordered 2 sandwiches plus nuggets. I got home 1 sandwich was missing. Ugh. And I've asked confirming "is all in the bag" the worst thing is being charged for something u don't get. I feel like I want my money back for the sandwich I've never had

After we sat in line for 10 minutes, we were next in line to order, getting ready to pull up, a manager comes out and places a cone in front of our car and tells us we have to go back around the building and get in the next line. This was handled VERY UNPROFESSIONALLY. GROW UP. This is Earth. By the way, this McDonald’s always makes you pull around to wait on even the tiniest order. PLEASE STOP WITH THE BAD SERVICE. BACK OFF. I ordered 3 happy meals and 1 nuggets. 1st one of the drinks was halfway full and had to ask for a full cup and got attitude. Then asked to pull around to door which is fine and understand but didn't know they asked me to pull around building to door not even by drive thru and lady gav we more attitude by saying " next time pull around to other door" which i implied why don't you serve meal from window then. And she replied "that would be a perfect world wouldn't it. And again I replied better customer service would be a perfect world. In which she replied to NEVER COME BACK. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE

I’d rate this lower if I could.Nightly, I pull to the speaker and I am greeted with “WE ARE NOT TAKING ORDERS” .... but you’re open 24 hours. So how ? I make mobile orders so fortunately I still get my items. (: I’m not sure what kind of tactic this is but upper management needs to look into it.

I had to drive down to the Atlanta airport at 3am. Most places are closed then, and that's fine. I looked around Google maps the night before to find a place open 24 hours so I could grab some coffee on my way down to Atlanta, because it's pretty much just rural towns driving down and I knew I would need coffee at 3am. I drive up to the drive thru and hear a bunch of mumbling. I start to try to order and they say that they are closed. I didn't make a fuss, I just left. But if a place says they are open 24 hours. They should be open 24 hours. (This was beginning of March)

Went through drive thru. Ordered Big Mac combo. Specifically FRESH no pickles. Fries were so hot had to let them cool. Nice MAC was HORRIBLE. cool not even warm. Never again.
