The clerk who took our order was rude as hell. And when we were pulling up to pay for our food he was hurrying us forward but there was a truck in front of us still. We were fairly close to the truck but couldn't come closer without hitting it and yet still not close enough to reach the window to give him our payment. The next thing we know he has nearly jumped out of the drive through window to grab the card from my sister's hand. I have never seen anything so bizarre at McDonald's before. I couldn't stop laughing and thinking this man is on something. His behavior was so strange and downright rude. I will not visit this one again.

Second time in a row they messed up my order. Make sure you check your order before you leave. They get it right about 25% of the time. Don’t bother calling to complain they don’t answer the phones either.

All McDonalds are pretty similar, but this one always gets the orders out correctly. Which is great. The food is generally the same as all McDonalds, though. I wanted to quickly mention that if you are a fan of iced lattes , then I suggest getting McDonald's iced latte before getting one at Starbucks. They are almost similar in price , but the ones here are a little cheaper. Make sure to order online before hand if possible so that you get the actual latte and not the iced coffee. That will happen, so the app is convenient. I also recommend sticking with a medium. I have a conspiracy that they use the same amount of espresso with the large but they put more milk. There are flavored ones you can choose too but I have only stuck with the plain iced latte with just espresso and milk. You can also add extra shots of espresso, which I guess will be great if you are wanting a large and want it to be actually strong. But yeah, I like this McDonalds location a lot and I just wanted to share a pro tip on if you are wanting to get an iced latte from a fast food chain that is not Starbucks. Of course, I always recommend coffee from local coffee shops before chains. But if you are on the road traveling or just aren't near a local chain and want a latte , there prob is a McDonalds, so yeah.

Very annoyed. Ordered TWO of the 40 piece nugget deals. Got home with 2 of the 20 piece. Didn’t give a receipt and now they don’t answer the phone. I guess half of our people can eat

Just Waited in line for 15 minutes and no one ever came on the intercom. I watch 5 cars get their food before me. I finally decided to pull up and order at the window but it was all stopped. My kids were hungry and I couldn’t make them wait any longer. So we left. Terrible excuse for management if they have any. FAST FOOD should be FaST

Since the dining area is closed, drive through is the only option. Wait times are longer than normal - went for lunch at about 1230pm and waited almost 40 mins. Went for breakfast at 515am and it took 25 mins.

Terrible customer service. They cut you off before your order is done and then when they display your order wrong and when you try to correct it they refuse to add the item or even come to the window. We wanted to pay for it they literally refused to fix it and give us the item. They wanted us to get back in line and go through the line again. There is not an option to go inside. We spent our money at BK instead.

Why can't you walk in and place your order to go?? For those who stay at hotels near by and don't want to spend our hard earned money on delivery. We are capable of walking to the restaurant but cant get in because you're only doing Drive thru or delivery.

Stays super busy so you know they are a decent restaurant. The only issues I have with this establishment is the temperature of there food. A lot of times I go threw the drive thru & when I get my food it just isn't hot enough. I can also say most the staff is pleasant.

Don't dare pull up anytime any night after 11:45 PM or you will have the lights turned off and be completely ignored. There are times they choose to only take cards and no cash. You never know what to expect when you come to go through the drive-thru. It's extremely aggravating and disappointing.

I was given the wrong order in the drive through. Got to my spot to eat and it was wrong.... I have limited time on my lunch break so I ate some of it I was very hungry. The worker acted so annoyed by me eating some of the food? Are you going to give it to someone else now though? He was complaining to other coworkers in front of me. No need for attitude... this is your job.... they were very rude

[email protected]'king diabetic" when asked to get sweet tea. Each member that dealt with me had an attitude problem! I was polite, I said thank you and have a good day multiple times and not one of them replied, one of them actually turned her back on me as I tried to talk to her. This place is a disgrace!

went through drive through today and ordered food with Hispanic woman that was extremely rude and rushy. She rushed through my order .I asked for iced caramel coffee and she gave it to me in a paper cup not the plastic cup i asked for the plastic clear cup that it comes in and she said we are out and walked off with out saying thank you or anything. The coffee was NOT caramel it was plain coffee without flavor. I tried to call back several times once i got in to work and no one ever answered the phone. I am not happy of how i was treated THEN didn't get good service and coffee was yuck!!!! i am very serious about my coffee in the mornings.

This McDonalds has the worst customer service associates. I experience rude behavior every time I come here and they never get the order correct. I have told four different people I want hot mustard sauce with my nuggets and of course the nuggets come out with NO sauce at all. Back through the drive thru line I go. This is ridiculous
