Good luck if you need help cashing one of their OWN customer checks. You wont get the money owed to you, just told to go to walmart instead.

I had a very poor experience at this Wells Fargo. Around 2:20pm, I went in to see that no one else was in line. The plan was to get a few savings bonds cashed before a 3pm appointment across town, so I was thankful that I would (hopefully) get in and out. That was not the case at all. At 2:50pm, after being told multiple times that it would not be much longer, I became very frustrated and knew I was going to be late for my appointment. At the end of everything, they handed me back my savings bonds (not cashed) and I was right back where I started plus lots of stress and frustration. Based on my experience, it made me realize that this branch is very understaffed and not equipped to efficiently + effectively serve guests. I will not be returning.

Went there Monday afternoon to deposit a load of cash the lady yelled out how much out loud while walking from the money counter instead of confirming on the screen as well as blurting out my account balance . I was shocked to say the least never have I had that happen at a bank before. If you don’t want your personal information blurted out with a line full of people I wouldn’t recommend. A long time customer but I think I’ll take my business elsewhere as I already have multiple accounts at other banks . Where is the discretion ?

I waited an hour to simply open a checkings account. Only to be told by the banker that he’s leaving early. An hour before closing- and can’t help me open a checking account because it’ll take him an hour and he’ll be late for a doctors appointment. He strongly encouraged me to do it online saying it’ll take me 15 mins. But it will take him an hour. I’m more mad this guy had no shame to let me know he wasn’t going to be helping me. He decided to just keep me waiting. What a shame. Will be back tmw to get his name.

Direct deposit is not dependable, don't even plan on earning deposit. I think here's a more reliable bank out here somewhere

The worst customer service I have ever encountered in my damn life!! I went to Ingles market and Cherrydale Greenville South Carolina Sunday night, my card had been hacked and $500 taken so I had close that card but getting an issued for a new one which I have not received yet customer service told me that I could download the Wells Fargo Apple Pay credit card which I did what did the store I needed by some of your groceries last night as I had no access to my phones for three days prior to this. What time on Sunday night I went to Ingles and was having difficulty paying for the groceries at camp declining saying insufficient funds then, and assistant manager walked up to me and convinced me to Zelle to Venmo $280 and then to cash app she was going to then send it back to me so that I can have access to Cash. Was she held the phone for about 45 minutes doing all kind of stuff on it and I was really appreciative thinking she was really trying to help Well that was my first damn mistake! She then said the transaction would not work left the store thanked her was even I'll give her $20 when I got my money next day. I walked out to my car I deleted the request and the issuance of the 280 so that was taken care of. I had $878 in my account when I went to bed. I was headed to Gatlinburg the next morning to get married people were waiting head gators the whole 9 yards I stopped about 50 miles out of Gatlinburg to get gas cigarettes and some coffee. It was declined as it said I was $45 overdrawn the b**** took over $1000. Not only did she do just that she also sold my information to 166 people on the dark web PayPal security found that! Very blue my bank I have talked to nonstop multiple times a day hours at a time and nobody has done A friggin thing!! There was one girl I encountered who was able to get me $24 which was enough to get a couple packs of cigarettes that was off now I'm going into my fifth day PayPal has been great they got all the money recovered because the b**** use PayPal and cash app but for some reason yesterday at one of the people I spoke to cancel the new card that I've never been received or used message so that card that was tied to PayPal is now no longer good and all it's going to take it were some damn but it hit the send button where I have access to the money because Paypal's trying to send it back!!! I will be closing my account as soon as this is resolved I have been banking with them for over 25 years and I have never seen a more group of the cabinet people in my f****** life I would recommend that anybody that has business with them or thinking about doing business or rethink that absolutely worst damn customer service ever and for them to let me their family not have any access to my money where I can keep going to my wedding where I could buy the car everything was done I was approved I need access to the thousand dollars that was in there a lot really good news that's what I think about them and they're gonna be damn lucky if I don't sue their a**

Came in before closing with plenty of time to ask a simple question about an account. Something that should only take 2 minutes ( I know it only takes about that because I've been in before asking about this account). I went to this branch today around noonish. The young lady who help me set up my zelle account on my phone was very kind, patient and helpful. I'm sorry I didn't get her name because I left in a hurry. I think she was the dark hair female who had an office up front. I'd like to send her a heart felt “Thank You”. And providing me with excellent customer service throughout my visit.

I left on my break to come cash a $400 dollar check that was issued from Republic Bank, mind you I am sure that they cash them because I researched to make sure Wells Fargo does and also (cherry on top) I have cashes 2 other checks previously at the Wells Fargo Bank in Spartanburg SC Asheville Hwy branch. Tell me why I stood in this location for 15 - 30mins for a teller who had absolutely no clue what she was doing. She gained assistance from another lady only to tell her she don't feel comfortable cashing a $400 dollar check before i could say anythinh The lady assisting her said "its a $400 dollar check!" Needless to say i stood for another minute before i told her to forget it. It should have never took me darn near 15 - 30 minutes to cash a check that only took the Spartanburg branch 5 minute to complete. Please retrain the first teller as you come in to the branch she is a white female with long red hair. Wish i knew her name because i would blaste her name on here. SMH

Worst Customer Service Ever...I'm moving all my accounts out of this bank!! THEY NEVER NEVER NEVER NEVER NEVER answer the phone, so anytime I have a question, I have to get in my car and take 30 minutes to drive there to get a simple answer!
