Set up an account and everything seemed fine, got home and notice my last name was mispelled. I reached out via email as my phone isn't working and did not hear back for 24 hours. At that point the employee stated they could not communicate via email, despite the fact I signed my forms over email and opted to get my statements via email.With the lack of responsiveness, I have to wonder if this is a continuation of fraudulent accounts being opened, something wells fargo has been made famous for in the past. It's easy to see how a banker could open an account under an "accidentally" mispelled name, then open an account under the correct name, doubling their progress towards a monthly quota.

Wells Fargo is simply the best bank ever. I have been with them thru ALL of their various names but it all boils down to WELLS FARGO IS THE BEST BANK EVER..

We went to the bank drive thru on Pelham Road with a 25.00 refund check from Atrium Health. The check was on Wells Fargo bank. Spent 15 minutes at the drive thru and then they would not cash it. If you don't bank here you must walk in with 2 forms of ID .We had a drivers license and insurance card, they wanted a credit card with the license ( no way Hosea) Not only do I not bank here but I will never bank here, love my credit Union. This bank has gone downhill since Hugh McColl retired.

My wife and I came into this bank without an appointment yesterday to see if we could get help with obtaining a business credit card that we had previously applied for at another WF Branch Location, that apparently did not complete the application correctly. Miluska was the Associate Personal Banker that helped us. She was able to check into this and helped us re-apply while explaining everything we needed to know about the business credit card.Also I needed to be able to view all of my personal and business accounts online when I went into my online banking account and phone app, however a situation was not allowing that. She could not do that on her end, but knew it could be accomplished and made 2 phone calls and was told it could not be set up like that for me. She persisted and made the 3rd call and that person knew exactly what to do and set it up immediately.I would like to commend Miluska for outstanding customer service. In today's society and business world, most people will not do anything more than they have to. She went above and beyond what she needed to do and took the extra time and effort to accomplish what a customer needed. Most others would have just said, sorry that can't happen.Well done Miluska, I have not seen customer service like that in many years. Wells Fargo should be proud to have you on their Team!

Such a bad experience. Went in to make a deposit and make a wire transfer. There was literally no one in the bank, only bankers. Got the deposit done, but when I went to make the transfer, they said I needed to wait for a banker. There were six behind the counter! I waited for 20 minutes, making me almost late for work. No one attempted to provide any service at all other than lip service. No wonder people loathe banks.

I have been a customer for 20 + years. I needed some quick help so I stopped in the Pelham Rd branch and was told I would need an appointment. I counted 9 bank employees and one customer in the bank and yet because I had no appointment I could get no service. I expect better from my bank. BTW I went to the Haywood Rd location and a young lady named Summer jumped through hoops to take care of my banking needs.

The drive thru is working out well. You can do most of your banking at the ATM also such as ordering checks, deposits and withdrawals or transfer funds. Conveniently located and can make an appointment to go inside if necessary. All lines are open. I made a deposit no problem. Friendly and helpful staff.??

Today(May 30, 2018), I pulled to drive through window to make transaction. Out of no where I started to hear a cat crying. The teller (can't recall her name, apologies) states, “ I hear it alsoâ€. After a while Kara, Eugenia and then Sonya came out of the bank, along with another customer to start a search for the kitty that had gotten trapped somehow under my car. These dear people went FAR ABOVE THEIR jobs to help search for the kitty. I was SO AMAZED and want to say THANK YOU FOR THEIR CARING HEARTS. Not able to locate the kitty Kara encouraged go across the street to Firestone Tire Store, where the Store Manager, Matt, went into action and located the kitty from under the car. He too was absolutely AMAZING! Feeling it was meant to be, stated he would take the kitten to his little boys. To all of you, God Still has individuals that exemplifies HIS LOVE AND CARE! May God bless you and your families eternally!

This is my go-to location!!! I hate to let the secret out but the traffic around this location on Pelham is never makes it hard to get in and out of. "You don't gotta fight Woodruff here!" Besides the accessibility, the staff is VERY friendly but not the annoying over-the-top friendly. I've never been pressured into anything I didn't want here. I'm finding Wells Fargo takes customer service seriously in general but this location is spot on!
