If you have a choice I would go to a different location. I pulled up to the drive-through and the lady at the front just stared at me and didn’t say a word so I sent my check and everything in and then I saw her with cash in her hand but I needed to deposit the check not cash it so I clicked the call button and said “hi I actually need that just deposited the ATM wouldn’t allow me to deposit it for some reason” to which she responded with “ yeah… OK I will. I wasn’t working on yours anyways.” in the rudest tone not to mention no one else was in the drive-through line anywhere. Then after she just it back to me she didn’t say a single word. I just saw that the receipt was in there so I knew that it had been deposited. Otherwise I wouldn’t have known at all. Anyways, I’m not mad it just confuses me why people have to be rude… It’s so easy to be kind and just talk to your customers and let them know that you see them and that you’ll be with him in a moment if you’re busy.

If I could rate a 0 I would they had me wait in the lobby for 45 minutes … bank manger took a family before taking me … several workers standing around only one lady actually working on accounts… should shut that branch down … drove right to chase to open my bank accounts

Poor service. Managers do not want to help customers and lines are long. They actually tell you to use your app.

Continually poor customer service. Tried to deposit quick check today. Lobby closed and only 2 drive ups open. Couldn’t be slower. Cars backed up out onto Woodruff Road. This happens all the time at this branch. Does management pay attention?I’m heading over to a new Chase Bank down the road to change my accounts.

Worst bank ever. I drove 5 miles today at 9.10 am to make a deposit and the manager had the office area closed, She came out when I pounded on the door and informed me she only had 2 employees today and I would have to use the drive thru. 20 cars were already in lines, so I angerly went home. I thought managers would know how to schedule employees but not in this case. I'm thinking of putting my money in BB and T.

Can't provide temporary cards. Can't help with passwords. can't help with voice passphrase access call center access. Basically exist to tell you to call the helpline. Which you can't access without your voice pass phrase. Can't do anything a atm can't. If I wanted to talk to a robot I would have called the help line.

Thru the window , always smiles prompt to help you. Quickly service and treats direct your pets. All of them are super service I will not change that branch for any other one.

Oh my goodness...4:10 placed check in drive up shoot to cash a check and 4:25 before I had the cash in my palm (thought that would be faster than depositing, maybe no?). Both me and person who wrote check are Wells customers. Took nearly 15 minutes to do this transaction. There was only one poor little teller at the window. Why in the world would the last 30 minutes of banking hours would there not be better coverage? Guess I wouldn't be too concerned, because typically I have the PATIENCE of Job, but I also had an appt to make.

The bank manager Amanda was very helpful when I needed to resolve an issue with my escrow account. Overall a very friendly, prompt branch.

Terrible branch. Made an appointment to get a temporary debit card. Came in for my appointment and was told someone tried to call me earlier to tell me that the state of SC is no longer issuing temp cards (which corporate later told me is false) but never left me a voicemail. The branch manager was very rude and off putting.

The personal in this branch is always there to help they are very friendly and knowledgeable . I would not go to any other Wells Fargo around Greenville
