I'm not sure I understand what is going on with campgrounds. I styed here 2 years ago and the price was $50.00. I called today and the price was $91.00. Has greed taken over the new park owners.

Love staying here. The front desk is super helpful and kind. They do a great job keeping the place clean and quiet. The office has anything you would need in a pinch, but other stores are very close by.

Nice quiet park. Very dark at night so walking pets is difficult but a very safe and secure park.

My husband and I have stayed at Lake Jasper RV on two separate occasions staying about 2 months give or take each time. The staff are fabulous and accommodating. It’s usually quiet and peaceful. Would definitely recommend!

Well the grounds are nice and seem to be updated. One big disappointment was the showers and laundry. We were going to take showers but after looking at the laundry room and especially the showers we decided absolutely not. I don't know who is in charge of cleaning this place but he or she needs to be instructed or replaced. Remember there are plenty of other clean facilities in other rv parks.

We have loved staying here!! We’ve been here a little over 4 months. Miss Kim, Chris, Cierra, and Mike go above and beyond to make sure your experience here is the best. The park is clean, well kept, and they often have events, food trucks, and Saturday morning yoga. Would absolutely recommend to everybody!

Not much you can do here with hitler aka kim running the park . Makes rules up as she pleases and threatens to kick you out if you breath wrong. Don't camp here unless you want to deal with this bipolar evil

First time staying here. Very well maintained throughout. Spaces are a little small but not uncomfortable. Ours and most others I saw were level. Only negative, I feel, was rates seem a little on the higher side for this resort and what it offers. Compared to other parks like this, I'd expect $60-$75 per night fair. Nice place and we will be back!

We camped at Lake Jasper for 5 days— didn’t love it but didn’t hate it either. It seemed fairly well maintained and clean. The spots were level but close together. It was a 40 minute drive to Hilton Head which we liked—not really anything to do around the campsite so we drove there everyday.I’d say that a state park has nicer amenities though. There were no grills at the sites, no playground, the pool was very small, and the bath houses were only useable from 7 am to 7 pm (that seemed extremely ridiculous to be honest). For what it was, the price was too high to justify coming back. We’ll just stay closer to the island next time.

PROS:This is a great location; 30ish minutes to Hilton Head Island and Savannah. The pull through site we were on was pretty level and I loved the site picnic table and picnic pad. It really cut down on dirt tracked into the camper.CONS:If you don't use your camper shower/toilet, you either need to plan ahead or start using it. The bathhouse is only open from 7A - 7P. No late night emergencies allowed.I thought I read something about daily activities, but saw no daily activities happening or received a schedule of activities.Wifi worked very well for us, but not sure if we were using the right one. The paperwork gave us a password. When connecting to the network, there were multiple Camp Lake Jasper #XX to choose from. We just picked one and it worked fine. We only use it for the security camera.FYI...There seems to be many season or long term campers; no issues, just an FYI. They also don't seem to enforce the 10 year, good condition requirement. Good thing we don't care what your camper looks like. They seem to want to be a high end RV resort, but missing the mark. A bit pricey for just a place to park while you find off site things to do and can only use the facilities 1/2 the day.We would stay again if they lower the price (even if nothing else changes).

Wonderful front desk staff. What was unusual, for a night stay, was the $100.00 per night charge. The campground pull thrus are in direct sun, no shade, the sites are in desperate need of weeding, upkeep. For the price, it is not worth staying overnight.
