By far the nicest family dollar I've ever been to. They had everything in stock, shelves were perfect, everything was neat. Not the family dollar I'm used to.

I was in a pickle and picked up a furniture piece that was far too large for my SUV. Thankfully, a FD location was minutes away so I safely drove over. Immediately upon entering, the young gentleman working there offered to help me. I asked if they had bungee cords. He came over and handed me the last pack. Not only was I pleasantly surprised by his help, but the fact he went out of the way to grab it for me. He also went above and beyond and offered to help me lift the furniture and offered to safely get it in my vehicle. I was very grateful, but I didn't want to take him from the store lol. I was parked just outside and he looked like he was the only one working at the time. He said he would watch from the window to make sure I got help and left safely. I asked his name because this young man deserves to be recognized for not only being an incredible human, but an outstanding employee. Everything from his customer service to his positive attitude and how he carried himself. He genuinely cared to help. Thank you so much to Tyler, you are a rockstar. The guy I scouted outside the store was able to successfully help me and I got home safe. Couldn't have done it without Tyler's efficiency and kindness. Thank you!

Lady at the register had a terrable attitude along with the mouthy manager just left their looking for ice they have ice machines and of course they don't work no ice never be back

Store on John's Island, is closed more than it's open. Corporate, please shut the door permanently and allow another responsible store to take over facility.

Multiple people kept walking up to the store at 4 on a Sunday all the lights were onside but the employee had the door locked and refused to open it. When I called she complained she had been there since 9. That's only 7 hours but that she was tired and needed to go home and had to close down to wait for the genera manager to come in. What a shame 7 hours and she is tired guess someone can only work so many hours a week to keep that unemployment money. Ridiculous and unprofessional!
