Hey neighbors, the pharmacy is like the DMV *used* to be. The other reviews were not exaggerating. Wow, the utter apathy of the pharmacy staff is really depressing to watch. I’ve only been there a handful of times and it seems to be the work culture here.

The staff here are very nice. I’ve actually moved to a different area but I still go out of my way to go to this location because the pharmacy folks are so easy to deal with. Great job y’all❤️

This is my first experience with using Walgreens pharmacy. My doctor just called in the medication for covid symptoms. I called to see if they received it. The young woman was rude and very short with me. I hope to never use them again. I would rather not have the medication if no other pharmacy carry it

No need to be rude to people returning fedex packages. Also they don’t help at all if there are questions on fedex!!!

If I could give no stars I would, this Walgreen's pharmacy is the worst. They will throw the book at you but not communicate at all and when you do call, you receive contradicting updates. Even with the help of modern technology (mobile app, website, text notifications, etc) this location is inept at leveraging these tools to effectively service their customers. It's quite sad that in this day and age, people still have to jump through this many hoops, just to get a doctor-prescribed medication in a timely fashion.You would think a repetitive, daily job task would improve and become more efficient over time but, this Walgreen's pharmacy is doing all it can to fight those efficiencies.

I've been using this location since it opened and this is the first time I ever had to deal with rude little girls in the pharmacy. Let's hope the district manager does something about this store before it gets any worse.

Horrible pharmacy. Unhelpful and curt pharmacy staff. Never have drugs in stock. Pharmacy changed thier hours to being closed both Saturdays and Sundays. And starting today the have cut thier weekday hours to closing at 5. Who gets off work in time to make it there? There is now no way to pick your prescription up at all. 930 to 5 Monday to Friday are working hours for most people. How us that remotely good service. Oh wait, it's not. We will be changing pharmacies tomorrow. Never want to deal with the these people ot this place again.

Yo what is UP with this pharmacy? I came in for my scheduled appointment to get my booster shot. After checking in I was handed a form with SOMEONE ELSE'S PERSONAL INFORMATION, HIPAA violation 101. I scratched out the other person's information and wrote my own and handed it to the pharmacist at the Consultation counter. I let her know that I was given a form with someone else's personal information on it and she didn't seem to care, told me that she'd call me up for my booster. I sat patiently for ONE HOUR. Within that hour several people that came in after me were helped so I decided to revisit the pharmacist at the window. The pharmacist relayed that she didn't have the form I turned in, and was actively preparing a shot for a woman who had come in minutes before I revisited the counter. She eventually found my form under several papers and told me she'd be right with me. The poor woman next to me endured the same experience -- she too wasn't on the list after checking in over an hour ago for her SCHEDULED APPT (shout out to Madison for hanging in there with me!) I understand places are short staffed right now and I was okay with waiting. It was the fact that several people who came in over 30-40 minutes after me were helped before me, the drive-thru was cleared several times before me, the phones answered, prescriptions filled. If you are short staffed it's important to manage your people behind the counter, put them in the right seats and give them direction, teach them how to manage competing priorities and how to avoid HIPAA violations. I will never go back to this location.

The worst Walgreens I have every been to. Walgreens has cut the pharmacy hours and slowed down service. Sitting in drive thru for 20 minutes now. They close at 7 pm and also closed on weekends. Unfortunately have to cut ties with Walgreens after over 15 years. What a disgrace. Hate to say it but might have to go to Walmart which is open 7 days a week and longer pharmacy hours

Solid Walgreens off of Savannah Hwy! Clean store and helpful staff! Pharmacy here is excellent and Pharmacist is great a giving Flu Shots!! Only draw back is getting in and out of the parking lot being so close to Main Road is tough! Walgreens gets 4 Stars !
