This place is so unprofessional and the staff is ignorant. I did an immediate mail Change and they said they're still delivering my mail to the old address and they can't stop it until July 28 which will be a month later. She said to call the police to deal with a mail Change this state is so backwards

Wish we could give 0 stars. Why place paper mail on top of a package on the porch instead of in the mailbox??? Important information and a bill completely destroyed from rain!

The staff is always friendly and they ship everything out on time, sometimes even a little early.

I wasn't going to be home when a package would be delivered, so I went the day before to pick it up and they refused to give it to me because they "didn't want to go through all that stuff." And this came from the supervisor.

Always friendly and goes out of there way to help your. Mrs. Shirley the Post Master and her staff are really great. I enjoy walking into the post office and just office and being greeted by the staff.

I highly dont recommend this place for right people! We live in Lake city and spend 8 times to come here to received the worst service! Im sure I and my husband are not the first case like that. The staffs are not nice, everytime we come here, in order to receive the right service, it depends on the mood of them. We make an appointment to do the US passport for 3 times just because they asked us to re-make an appointment and repeat that for 2 times. And the last appointment was not satisfying, the manager asked my husband a lot of stupid questions like:” the photos are not legit because he smiles in the photo” and she gave him the “rule book” that doesn’t require “ a serious face photo”. And he cleared the wrong things she said for every people stay there. And she said his id is California state so he is not legal to make an appointment here!

Its a coin flip, depending on the staffs mood depends on the quality service you get. Can be packed and times, and parking can be difficult if you park in their spots. Lake City "should" do better.
