I have $200 in store, credits and bed Bath and beyond will not honor them!!!No wonder they’re going out of business with this kind of customer service !

High rating for the employees at the Mt Pleasant store especially Zack the Manager. Very helpful and plesant to work with and a big asset to your store.

Bed Bath and Beyond has changed so much. Do it yourself or do without seemed to be their mindset. Even the checkout is self checkout only. I had to ask what to do since I was paying with cash. A lady at the online pickup had to help me. I won't be back.
