I'm amending my review because I went back to brakes 4 less on Northwoods Blvd and they fixed everything. The manager was super helpful. She went above and beyond to fix the issue and took steps to insure it wouldn't be a issue anymore. I'm very satisfied and I will be back the next time.

Recently got my brakes repaired at this location. Probably a dead giveaway that there wasn’t another client here. They finished the brake job, which is now squealing, and they only tightened 1 of 5 lug nuts on the front passenger wheel. Called corporate and the Complaint Dept made my experience even worse. Dexter was combative and rude the whole length of the call. They reluctantly reimbursed me for a new set of lug nuts. Take your money elsewhere. Won’t ever spend a penny with this Company again.Service: Brake service & repair

Very slow service. The manager called and told me I only needed pads on one axle, which sounded like good news. Ended up charging me more than they charge for front and back because “you get a deal on all 4”. She was so rude to me and my wife. She yelled at my wife. This manager also told me that their one tech worked by herself outside all day and had not been allowed to have a break. Just seems like a crummy place all the way around. But I will say the car’s brakes seem to be fine - so the tech did a good job.Stay away! Rear pads and machining rotors and replacing a pin on one caliper cost me $338. They advertise 4 wheel brakes for $289. Will never go back there.Service: Brakes

I went here because my brake light came on while on vacation. They figured out it was due to a bad hardware part and replaced it. All in all it was $70. I think they did the right thing. Didn't try to sell me something I didn't need.

Stay away from this dump, unless you want your vehicle to leave in worse shape than when it entered. These people have no clue what they are doing, it's baffling their doors are still open. The only thing you'll get "4 less'..... is less quality of work, and less customer service, especially after you realize you've been had.

Don’t buy brakes or rotors here!!!!!They are dishonest. They over charge by $200. They told me they were going to install coated rotators and they installed no coated rotators. This is a big difference. They only sell cheapest rotors that you can buy at autozone Like duralast. Finally mark your rotors before you go in and be sure they don’t mill them and sell them back to you as new ones. They basically will lie to get the sell. The receipts don’t have the part numbers of what they’re selling because they don’t want to know your getting the worst parts. With brakes and rotors parts matter.PLEASE GO anywhere but there. That’s why there is no one waiting because everyone has been ripped off.

I took my vehicle to the Mount Pleasant location for new brake pads. I thought it was strange that no customers were waiting for service but I quickly determined the reason why. They told me the vehicle needed $900 worth of work done (new brake caliper, rotors all around, and new pads). I already had new pads and rotors installed less than 2 years ago so I knew this didn’t sound right. I took my vehicle to the dealer the very next day to get a second opinion. The dealer service department confirmed that all pads, rotors, and the single caliper did not need to be replaced. The dealer also gave me a printout detailing the life left on each individual rotor and pad.I would strongly advise not taking your vehicle to this location. They tried to SCAM me out of $900 and I’m sure they will try to do the same to you!Service: Brakes

Received a front brake job and while the car was in the hoist the mechanic noticed that my CV joint needed repair and showed me. Another nearby shop had been arguing with me for a week, saying the CV joint was fine. Brake job was great, Carrie who is in the office is professional and very nice. Would definitely recommend these guys.Service: Brakes

Took my truck in for a break service about a year ago, Ive put less than 8k miles in over a year and half on the break job that was done. I had to take it back because one of the breaks were sticking. They replaced a hose and said it was fixed. over time, little over a year, the break began to stick again and took it back. I was told by the manager Carrie, that the fix they did on my truck they no longer do because its a band-aid. Because of the band-aid I now have to replace the rotor again. It is my opinion that the band-aid fix was knowing it would not work for along term. I would not recommend this business to anyone. I should have known better to visit there in the first place, because it's empty every time I go by. That's my fault, do yourself a favor and keep riding.Service: Brakes
