Pleased to set some old-time friendliness and helpfulness in this store. Fun and funny cashier. Good selection of products, very neat and organized. So many stores aren't alike that anymore so congrats to the team that runs this one!

Did not pick up an item that I selected online from their inventory. Ended up picking another item from the store. Both being grills. Charge for picking up both, when I only got one. I have tried on several occasions to get a refund for the item I did not receive. Still not getting that refund as promised. Went through my CC company to say it was a fraudulent charge and lowes is disputing this now. Y’all have cameras, you should use them as your common sense has failed you. I like the grill I did pick up so I gave them two stars. Buyer beware they will steal from you.

Everytime I GO IT GET WORSE. No Bags for 3 weeks. No Lumber Carts. At least more parking. Next Trip will be to Home Depot when in Mt PLEASANT

Went to get a large storage container. There was no lid available for the size container I needed. I asked a Lowe’s associate for help getting one down from the top rack (I can see the stack of lids I need). He tells me they’ll “have to bring out special equipment to get that down” and that I wasn’t going to be able to get that product. All the employees were in bad moods and didn’t seem approachable or eager to help whatsoever . I’ll gladly take my business to Home Depot going forward.

My husband and I bought a Blackstone grill from the Lowe’s by Towne Centre. Russell helped us , we couldn’t have been happier. He went above and beyond. We love our new grill. Thank you Russell!!!

Absolutely the worst Lowes in the nation. Today I needed a water filter. There were many to choose from and of course I picked the wrong one, but as usual there was no one in the store to assist. The appliance center is the worst. Three weeks ago I went in to purchase an under the cabinet microwave but no sales person anywhere , and I waited 30 minutes. Other employees said they could not help bc it was not their department. I came home and bought the $600 microwave from Amazon and it was delivered the next day. Now I have to go back tomorrow and do an exchange. Uggggg. I hate Lowe’s!!!

Exactly what you want from a Lowe’s. Easy to get what you need, helpful staff who either know where something is located or will immediately find another person to show you, and with all their new self checkout registers there is little to no wait time.

Placed an online order here and picked it up. The staff was incredibly friendly and I ended up having to make a return and they made it quick and easy. Self check-out is a breeze and it makes it easy to get in and out quickly. The only issue I have is that parking can sometimes suck.

Like most places today very little help even, and less service. The lumber section is a mess, and you have to have the lift truck to get down the lumber that you need because they leave the lumber that no one wants on the rack hoping that your just take that garbage that no one else wants because you're in a hurry and don't have time to wait.

My boyfriend is a contractor and spends a lot of money at Lowe’s, we were in over the weekend and bought two packs of the exact same 84” curtains, but after we put them up at home, they were two completely differently lengths. I took them back to the Mount Pleasant store today and while in line I heard Jason, the person at the return counter, giving the customer in front of me a hard time over defective merchandise. When it was my turn, I explained the situation, and that I did not have my receipt, but simply wanted to exchange for curtains that were both the same length. They were clearly purchased there. He said he could not put them back on the shelf without proof of purchase, which I responded I wouldn’t either, they are defective, and he said sarcastically, “Well I can get the ruler out,”to which I said please go ahead, but then he never did. I didn’t have my boyfriends credit card I was simply trying to help. So I went to see if I could find replacement curtains and the curtain section was a mess with the wrong curtains in the wrong packaging which I tried to fix. I finally found some curtains and went back to the customer service section because I had additional unopened products to return as well. There was a friendly woman there, who was much more pleasant and helpful. She proceeded to help put the defective merchandise and the additional unopened packages of merchandise on a store credit card as I was planning to turn around and spend even more money on purchases at the store. Halfway through the transaction, Jason came back and questioned if she was putting the curtains on store credit card and told her he explained the same thing to me and that he would report her and that she would get in trouble for this. I looked at her and said if you’re gonna get in trouble, I will just get my boyfriend to come back with his credit card this weekend, but she continued to help me purchase more merchandise from your store. As I was walking away, Jason said to her, purposely in ear shot of me, “I’m sorry that she deceived you.” I turned back around and asked him to repeat what he said, and he said I was talking to her. I asked him for his name which he responded was Jason. I highly recommend that someone have a conversation with Jason about what it means to provide good customer service and why it’s a bad idea to threaten other employees in front of customers and then also berate customers to their faces. Personally, I will never go to this Lowe’s store again, and I will tell my boyfriend not to either.

This Lowe's is the best Lowe's that I've ever been in! They have the best selection of products that I've seen and highest of quality of things. The staff were very helpful and helped you find the product. I would have given them 5 stars if they were out of 2 things that I wanted but I put together a few combined things and made it work. Check the store you'll like it.

Rosemary in the flooring department is AMAZING!!! Whatever you are paying her she needs a raise because she went above and beyond with every single thing she helped me with I was blown away. She made my experience a 10/10. You can tell she really knows her stuff from the products that are available to the entire installation process she was able to answer every question I had. She followed up with me via emails and phone calls and I went into the store twice to ask questions and make selections and she was just so so helpful, knowledgeable, friendly, and just the best. She walked me through everything as I was making my installation purchase in store and I feel so comfortable having Lowes do this install because of Rosemary.

Second time we’ve tried to buy appliances from Lowe’s. Three days in a row we had a confirmation of a time window, waited around for 4 hours and then no showing. Never again will I step into this Lowe’s.
