Noah and Michael were super friendly and helpful! They helped with my phone upgrade and transfer and even helped us move some phones around on our family plan which he hadn't originally intended to do on our visit which really helped us out. Thank you!

Arrived on a wednesday, at 11:00am, only to find this store is only open *2* days per week, on Mon and Tuesday. Is this a joke? Clearly not running an actual business at this location.

I've gone 4 different times to find it's been closed bc the bathroom is broken. This bathroom would never be offered to a customer, we have to go to the diner next door. But they close all day bc the staff won't do that. 4 times. How can a corporate business treat custo.ers this way?

Heather hung up on me when I asked for corporate contact information. Then she disconnected the phone when I called the store. She didn’t apologize for the inconvenience or try to accommodate me. There’s a $5 fee to make a payment in store and there’s a line. Customers are checked in on an iPad to make returns, upgrades, changing phone plans in line etc. I don’t need any help from customer service. Where is the register? Can we add a kiosk or swipe id on the iPad? It’s midday during the week and I’m on lunch break. I just wanted to make a payment. I can’t connect to anyone when I called to make a payment. Apparently there’s a new release out and phones are busier than normal. I can’t make a payment online because I’m waiting on an expired card renewal in the mail. I’ve been a loyal and valued customer with Sprint for over 10 years. I don’t appreciate the checkin employee hanging up the phone on me when I’m there to pay my phone bill. I’ll report Heather to corporate and the manager on the floor. This is unacceptable.

TERRIBLE!!! And that’s putting it lightly. Extremely rude, no customer service at all and have no idea what they are doing. I had to go to another T-Mobile. Heather is EXTREMELY rude and refused to help me. She picked up the phone and dialed tmobile instead of helping me. She told me I could ask them. I am now happily with VERIZON and I will be we make that mistake again!!

All we needed to do was upgrade my phone, so we walked into the store at 5:45 and signed in. There was only one rep working and she kept talking to this one customer because they knew each other and was in no hurry to get to the next customers in line. 7:30 rolled around and we still weren’t helped and had to leave because the store closed at 8. Maybe there should be more than one person working at a time.

All I can say is wow!! I showed up after a long day of work excited about getting me a new phone! I had already looked it up online so I knew what I needed to pay and all the things needed to upgrade. I get there before they close they check me in finally then when they get to me I’m told I can’t upgrade bc it’s to late!!!!!!! Aka they wanted to goHome. So I wasted almost a hour for them to just tell me that! Highly un professional and I think it’s time to switch to Verizon because I guess T-Mobile doesn’t want us to buy and spend money with them.

My extremely frustrating day dealing with my old phone was completely alleviated once I met with Elizabeth at this T mobile store! I have been a Sprint customer for about two decades so the transition to T mobile was a little weird at first but was made so easy by the awesome team at this store!! Also 5 stars to their employee Elizabeth who was extremely helpful and an absolute Joy to interact with! Not sure how my experience could be any better but I also got a new phone ?

Tried the home internet 15 day “free” trial, after two days realizing it was extremely slow in my area decided to return my equipment. Noticed my account was still active after returning my equipment and being told that’s all that I had to do and had to go back to the store to close my account. After another hour of being at the store I was told my account was closed and I asked them to confirm if I owed anything and they said probably not since it was within the 15 day trial.Weeks later I received a bill for $50 for my first month - even though I had returned equipment and closed my account well within the 15 day period. Tried to fight the bill on the phone but was told I had to go back into the store again to speak with a representative. Truly horrible experience and massive waste of time, not worth the hassle for the “free trial” if you live in north Mount Pleasant.

I've had issues with being overcharged since Christmas 2022.Then my daughter lost her phone so we stopped to fix both issues.I was dealing with the associate but didn't even realize she was being rude. I realized after she stopped looked at me and it was clear.I apologized bc I had thought she looked at my acct...n she was feeling pressured to hurry up. Nice wasn't in a hurry!So she seemed to accept that and the manager redirected her to another customer.Here's the deal...most issues start with "assumptions". Hers were wrong.All she had to do was say "I'm ordering the new phone then we'll look ask your acct."Rather than make assumptions n risk being wrong...Telegraph to your customer WHAT you're doing. It's that simple. No hate. No grief...our issues were handled.

There is a white female who needs to seek other employment. Her knowledge was so lacking and being a real smart a....s I had to get another person to help, who was a very nice young white guy. This white female lied to me about every action I had with her, she was dancing around like it was a strip club with no knowledge and no intention of helping me. There is a very friendly and knowledgeable black female and this young white male were very very helpful. I give them 1 star due to this bleached/blacked hair female, she should seek other employment. I do plan on filing a complaint about her actions.

I was here to buy a new phone for my grandmother and upgrade my mothers phone. There were only three staff members helping costumers. Luckily, we were helped within 15 minutes of the store. But all three staff members took forever to help their costumers. I'd say it took an hour for the employee to help me, but by that time, the store was filled with other costumers who were just waiting to be helped. The only good thing I really have to say is that the employees were nice when helping costumers out. But no greeting when someone walked in, no haste, no order.
