I have been in this store numerous times over the years but I will never go back!! When I went to pay I was told by a clerk if I opened an account I would get $50.00 credit & didn’t need to pay for the ideas I was going buy. However that was not the case. I received a statement from my Walgreens & a Mastercard! Paid the balance, cancelled the account & destroyed the Mastercard!! You just can’t believe anything from people these days!

Kay is the name of the pharmacy tech everyone is complaining about in these reviews. I had the same experience with her today. She’s a liability to patient care and safety. Her extreme attitude is preventing patients from getting medication they desperately need asap. It took her 4 hours to fill what I needed. I suffered until she finally felt like filling my prescription. Doesn’t care, acknowledge, or show any sense of urgency for anything or anyone. Remove Kay ASAP from her job!

Visited the store a bit after 9 am yesterday. Pharmacy drive thru. Rude phone ‘greeting’. Nasty and very curt woman was who we encountered at your store drive thru. I echo previous comment from another customer because she must have had to deal with the very same employee because their experience snd thoughts are exactly the same as mine.Rude, impatient, bad attitude of check out person at pharmacy. She doesn’t look at you or says hello, takes an irritated tone and just asks for your name and gets annoyed if you have a question. She shouldn’t be in any type of customer service position, especially in an area where many people aren’t feeling well.

I was completely ignored in the photo dept. Would not respond or look my way . Waited several minutes. They just pretended I wasn't there.

Rude, impatient, bad attitude of check out person at pharmacy. She doesn’t look at you or says hello, takes an irritated tone and just asks for your name and gets annoyed if you have a question. She shouldn’t be in any type of customer service position, especially in an area where many people aren’t feeling well.

Rude cashier. While purchasing some items that were BOGO, I was going to purchase more if the price was correct. I had not even finished my sentence before the cashier jumped on my words, stating "...because you didn't enter your phone number..." assuming I was questioning the price of something. If they'd have listened, they'd have seen I had a statement, not a question. They lost out on additional sales because the cashier was too bothered to listen to a customer. I went to another Walgreens & bought the extra items.

Been pretty upsetting waiting half and hour for a prescription to be filled and listening to the pharmacy staff and the way they talk about and treat the customers. No idea of customer service. Acting as if paying customers should be treating them very respectfully with zero return respect. Hope to never return to this BS!

While this store is much bigger than the one closer to the bridge it feels just run down. It needs a makeover inside for sure. I also tried to have pictures printed and they were not ready by the time i was told. When I showed up I stood at an empty desk for 3 minutes until someone walked over. They tried to print the pictures while I waited and the machine kept jamming. Yikes. Go to another location.

Worst Walgreens Pharmacy I have ever dealt with. I have used Walgreens as my pharmacy for 10+ years and this location is as bad as it gets - the staff (especially the head pharmacist) is incredibly rude, they do not answer the phone even when a doctor calls, etc. There is a Walgreens a couple miles down from this one on Hwy 17, strongly recommend to go there.

Just had the most unpleasant interaction with the older man at the register with glasses and a dark hair and dark beard. My boyfriend and I had scheduled rapid tests a week in advance but we drove through and the pharmacy appeared closed. We went inside to just confirm this and let them know that their site is allowing bookings still as a friendly heads up. The man at the front was short and rude- he huffed the pharmacys closed and when we let him know the online site was allowing appointments he said so it's closed. Understanding there's nothing that could be done I said thank you, have a good one and he just ignored me. So rude for absolutely no reason. I think I'll avoid this Walgreens from here on out.

Nicole in the pharmacy is amazing! She found ( in the system ) and filled our RX for our sick daughter! The Walgreens down the road wouldn’t let my husband pick it up at 8:01pm since they closed at 8. Super grateful for Nicole at the Walgreens near Starbucks in 17 in MTP!

Jada and Brianna were dealing with multiple customers and photo orders while understaffed. They were incredibly helpful with my sister's wedding photos that we needed today, and we enjoyed chatting with them while they worked. Super polite and professional!
