I had a brand new refrigerator delivered Friday. The ice maker does not work. When I called Saturday to inquire about help, they said they will send someone the next Saturday. One week without ice maker on a brand new $1800 appliance One week! I think it’s unprofessional.

Worst delivery people in the business, damaged by doorframe and old fridge and didn't say anything. Then sat on endless hold trying to get someone out to handle the problem
