Absolutely The Best Experience!
Greg Sisson and his entire team got the job done. They gave great direction and advice throughout the entire process. What separates them from other agents is their genuine kindness and care, their high level knowledge of the Grand Strand area, and there teamwork. I will use them again, if the occasion arises and I highly recommend that you contact them if you are looking for an agency.

Greg runs the best team in the business. Right from amazing photographers, marketers who showcase the best of your property, to expertise, consulting all the way up to closing, they will hand hold you through the process. They know the area and the market better than anyone. Extremely responsive and efficient. If I could, I would give them 6 stars.

My family and I cannot thank The Greg Sisson Team enough for helping us get our very first home. Their professionalism and knowledge is unmatched. Kristin and Natalia worked together in great harmony to help us achieve our dream of finally becoming home owners.
Kristin was always so positive throughout the house search. She is remarkably personable and also a great communicator. She was punctual
and was sure to greet us with a huge smile
on her face. Kristin was keen to what our preferences were, and she followed through on helping us find those things in our home. Kristin helped bring comfort and instill confidence in us during a major life decision.
Natalia was so experienced and up to date on the way the market was swinging during our negotiations. She reminded us to stay patient and she worked tirelessly to go from house to house with us. She paid great attention to detail and she took the time to get to know us and our family. She was so open minded and crafty in the way she conducts herself. We wouldn’t have chosen anyone else to accompany us during this journey.
There was once a time when we feared we would be doomed to live with our parents forever. The Greg Sisson Team fought to make sure that did not become a reality. Much love and thanks to Kristin, Natalia, Robin, and the whole Team. Our family is eternally grateful.

Not long after my mother passed away, I quickly became overwhelmed with all the requests to buy a property that at the time I did not have the authority to sell. After opening probate for my mom, I later found out that my father who passed away in 2009, was still attached to the house. As I was attempting to juggle 2 probate cases, I received a packet from The Greg Sisson Team, and although they were also looking to purchase the property, it wasn’t just about making a sale. Greg’s team presented me with a helpful tool that gave great insight on things to know for Probate. Even after meeting with Greg and explaining the complicated process with the property, he assured me that he could help when the timing was right. It took us from October – June to get the deed all worked out, but every time Greg promised that he would call and check-in, he did just that (even on a Saturday). Once the house was listed it received multiple offers within the first week. I don’t want to leave anyone out so I will simply say The Greg Sisson team were ABSOLUTELY AWESOME and I am forever thankful that they were able to take a lot of stress off my plate.

This team has been amazing in assisting us with the purchase of our beach condo. Jennifer was quick to respond and flexible with showing us numerous options. Robin was a strong negotiator, and it felt great having her on our team. They were both extremely helpful, and provided the best recommendations for attorneys, inspectors, and local lenders. We can’t thank them enough, and we will definitely be using them in the future. Highly recommend!

Mitchell Adkins is the BEST!! He helped us so much in finding our home and made the process so much fun and as stress free as possible. He was ALWAYS available, easy to work with, genuinely cared, was very informative, and just an awesome person. We worked with Josh Bullard on the Greg Sisson team. When we first met Josh at Greg Sisson's office, we connected right away. Josh is a true professional people person, and you can tell he really enjoys finding the right house for his client's. Josh had a big task on his hands as we live out of state in a mountainous area, looking for a home on/near the beach. Josh asked the right open ended questions which engaged us in the conversation that lead to such a great connection.
After getting to know his client, Josh then told us he would be sending us properties to look at. As my fiancé and I thought we would be getting inundated with properties, it was quite the opposite. Josh had listened to our wants and needs for our future home and pin pointed our search to such. We just closed on our new beach home. A dream we have had for some time now. Recommending Josh Bullard to everyone I know will be the easy part!
