The Columbia Factory Store has a wide selection of active outdoor clothing, shoes, coats, and various other items. When I was there, they had great prices on winter coats. The store was clean and well organized. The staff was available to help if needed.

Their prices advertised DO NOT match from shelf to register, even after I pointed it out to an employee she did not take down signs, move items or offer to honor the price. No more money from me!!! They are pulling the Walmart switch-a-roo!!!

1 star for the items and shoes etc Jacket bought..I don't think it would hurt for someone to actually say hello can I help you.Or Help in fitting room.Im White and older..Maybe that's why.He wasn't n he was to busy looking at his cell phone.!Awful service.Laziness.
