Best experience searching for a bra with my sister. Mrs. Pat was so sweet and knew bra sizes just by looking at you. Loved it

Visited the store looking for few things, boots, some dresses for a winter cruise and luggage. Wow lady at the luggage area was super nice and knowledgeable about the different brands and differences between them. She pointed me to the right direction.

On top of the Discrimination that I always receive, they have a policy that you can only return clearance items within 3 days. I specifically asked if I could return my clearance shoes. I was told that I could and was not told that I had to do so within 3 days. I am disgusted with them at this point. People in retail fail to realize that if we don't come then they don't come. Why would you lose a cardholder customer OVER 3 days and $30? I knew that I should've went to Belks. I am DONE with this company.

Our sales person was so good I bought 2 pairs of shoes. So many times these days you have to wait for a salesperson or get it yourself. Not here! It was well worth the drive

Very nice store, neat, clean, good selection and associates very friendly and helpful. Just a bit expensive, but if your looking for something nice and want the brick and mortar experience of trying numerous clothes on instead of waiting for Amazon it's worth the trip.

We usually have wonderful shopping experiences here, but my last visit was not very pleasant because the lady at the perfume counter left my sister, uncle and I to serve another guy after we waited for her to come iver to us.

Last visit was absolutely horrible... This time 1 lady changed that. And I bought the Sauvage. 3 oz 179.85. Thankyou for a little help and testing out some new fragrance!

My daughter bought some $150 shoes from here for graduation that hurt her feet. When we tried to exchange them the next day, it took act of congress just for them to exchange the shoes and give her the difference back in a refund. The shoes she wanted cost $40 less. The manager claimed the system was down but after I insisted that they make it right for my daughter, they walked us all the way on the other side of the store to customer service from the shoe department for a refund. Oh it was also because of split tender cash & card they claimed. On a better note the lady in jewelry was awesome with helping my daughter find jewelry for her big day.
