Easy to purchase or have things delivered to you if not in stock. Everyone is very willing to help. Nice people! Would rather go here then anywhere else. Next time I need flooring or know someone that is going to do flooring I will send them here!

I had floors installed and a few months later noticed an issue. I spoke to LL and within 2 1/2 hours the contracted crew came back to my home and fixed the issue with no charge. I am forever grateful.2nd time customer!
