At the store, we were told which phones were free to us if we traded in our old phones.We were happy until our first bill. The phones aren't free! I called TMobile but they said there was nothing they could do. I've been a long time customer but when we get these phones paid off, we will switch to another mobile service
They are professional and effective but I will never understand their hostility towards seating. It is positively aggressive against their handicapped customers. I initially had to find seating outside the store.
I was in there with my family so we could get my cousin a new phone which took around 2hrs,but the tall lady there ended up kicking my family out and they couldn't re-enter to see we were doing.
