I can definitely recommend Dan and his team. They were able to customize and make adjustments based on our preferences, which we appreciated. Dan is particularly good at communication. For instance, offering kind follow ups, and replying back if he misses a call or text. I found that he was also very fair with his pricing. Their time estimates were accurate, and the team gives you a ton of additional info to ensure your yard stays healthy and grows. So yep! What we liked about Thorn was the owners did everything from quote to final follow up. They checked in throughout the process and made sure we were happy with final outcome. They did any little extras we asked for without buckle and dining us. And best of all our yard looks amazing. All the neighbors have commented on how green and nice the yard looks. Dan with Thorn Lawn and Sod was professional, on time, great with communication and a pleasure to work with! He made our backyard sod project a breeze. Healthy sod was delivered on time, and when weather delayed the installation, Dan was in constant contact with us on how to preserve the sod. When we noticed concerns with the sod following installation we contacted Dan and he was quick to reply and help remedy the situation! Would DEFINITELY use their services again!
