This store is always either closed early, on lunch, or out of stock of items on pick up orders. Most of the employees are nice and knowledgeable. However the middle aged woman with the long colored (blue?) hair has obviously not been trained correctly. My last pick up order one of my 2 for $12 products was out of stock. I informed a different cashier who was checking me out that I would need to make a return after my pick up because i was not going to pay $12 for 1 product when it is 2 for $12. The other lady with long hair budded in and canceled my pick up order instead of doing what i told them. Then she instructed me to replace the order, for which i responded no, because I didn't have my card on me and I also used my $10 reward and it was not returned when she cancelled my order. So basically she tried to tell me that I wouldn't be able to pick up my order because of her error. She refused to call a manager or the Customer Service line, instead she instructed me to do it when i got home. Finally she got so upset she told the other cashier "JUST DO IT, I'LL PAY FOR IT." and then went and got her card and paid for my order because she messed up and it didn't want to take ownership for it. That is obviously not the way she should have handled the situation. But I wasn't gonna stop her cause it wasn't my fault at all. She probably wanted me to feel guilty or bad that she paid for my order but I don't, because that is not how you treat your loyal customers. I can only imagine the amount of product and money the store and her has lost because of the way she handles problems. I'm sure this was not the first time this has happened and it won't be the last.

Stopped by at 2:50 on Sunday. Hand printed sign on door said “Back in 30 minutes” with no time of departure. Hours are 11-6 on Sunday. Wasted trip!!

For the most part I always find what I'm looking for, but why they close at 6pm and Google says 8pm, and don't open until 11am but Google says 10am, and the sign on the door with their hrs else says 10am to 8pm.I have a feeling employees are purposely closing entirely too early, which is annoying because I just drove out here for nothing.

Hours listed online are wrong. They have a tiny sign with small letters on the door saying they don't open until 11AM now. Update your hours online too when the hours change. Very inconvenient to customers that check the hours online before driving 20 minutes across town to get here to locked doors.

The sweet woman with silver short hair and glasses was an absolute sweetheart, I felt awkward because I didn’t know what I was getting and she helped me the entire time and she was extremely kind and gentle. I didn’t get her name but you guys need to give her a raise !! She deserves it with the amazing customer service she gives :)

I love coming here, everyone that works here are super nice and helpful. However, recently when I’ve tried going, the door has been locked while the lights are still on and the store is open. I came around 1:30 on a Friday most recently and had this happen.

Cashier was rude with an attitude. I was patiently waiting at the check out register to ask her if they had more of an item in stock. She was not friendly or helpful so I left and purchased nothing.

Came to Sally today to purchase some nail accessories , but as soon as I walked to the door, the cashier stared at me from the top of my head to my shoes and gave me a despise look. When she checked me out, she didn’t care to give me a bag for my checked items either. I don’t usually give out a bad review, but from today experience, it bothered me very much to the point that I have to. Please do learn to do a better service, and please do learn to stop judging people by their cover.

Drove from york to cherry rd office to get my Santa bleach supplies. Sign on door. Temporary hours 11am. Web site still says 10am. They won't see me back in there.

I really like this Sally's. The location is nice and easy to get to, with plenty of parking. The store is always super clean and organized. Every time I've been, the employees have been incredibly kind, helpful, and friendly.
