This place is so expensive. No one really knows anything about the products. We had to ask for help. No one spoke to us unless we spoke to them. They kept looking at us though. I spent $400 on 2 items. The flat iron we bought was the most expensive one they have. It is the best flat iron we have ever had. Hope it last a long time.
First time at this store. Excellent, great service, lots of products.

I had a great experience with the lady who did my hair Heather Collins. I loved the color I have had alot of compliments on it. She did a great job on my eye brows and i loved the head massage. I will be going back. Thank you so much for the experience and confidence. I just turned 51 and treated myself to the full treatment she did a great job.

I was visiting for work and forgot my hair products! Made an appointment for a blowout with Heather. She did an amazing job!! 3 days later and it still looks great!!!

Love the products. Staff needs to know more about products. At least know where they are. More interested in stocking and inventory than the customers.

First time having my eyebrows waxed at ulta and I had a sweet lady named Maggie she did amazing. Highly recommend her!!!!

Thanks to Maggie! This was by far the best experience I've ever had here. I typically HATE coming here because I don't know anything about makeup and I always have to facetime friends for help because their employees never help. However, as soon as we walked into the store Maggie greeted us and asked if we needed help (which we did). She walked us around the store to help us get our items. We even bought the press on nails that she was wearing that she got from that store because they were cute. She made my experience great and Maggie deserves a 5 star (Perfect). However, she was leaving for the day and as we where checking out, the other employees dropped the ball big time. The wait was extremely long and I was the only one at the register where it was no employees to be found. Thank you Maggie for the wonderful experience. I typically DON'T recommend Rock hill's Ulta but after Maggie, I definitely will but only if she's there. Thank you so much for the help with getting my daughter's prom things. You Rock! You're the reason we spent $100 because I normally cap her spending limit at $50.
