Brought in an old beat up guitar that my friend's grandpa gave to her years ago hoping to get a quote to repair one of the tuning keys. They brought it to the back and fixed it in 10 minutes FREE OF CHARGE! These are amazing staff and they run a lovely music store. 10/10 for me.
