After 12 minutes of being told how important my call is I hung up. Kind of ridiculous. Day 3 of a local business check deposit being on hold.

Took yall 23 days to get me my new bank card, this is totally unacceptable & the worst part is it only came from Columbia.. Bank card should be overnight mail. Make it happen allsouth.

Never had a bank that I couldn’t get ahold of someone at my home branch until now. You can call and call but the systems gives you the run around and makes it almost impossible to speak to someone at the branch you want.
