If I could vote a 0 or no stars I would! We were referred to this rinky dink business by a friend. We visited their office on 3/20 said she would call us the next day - didn't. Called multiple times, left multiple messages. She has NEVER returned our call yet. Had her mom there one day "helping" her. Left a message with mom too. No return phone call. We have driven by the office MULTIPLE times and it is always locked even during business hours!!!!! Tax day has come and gone, we do not know if an extension has been filed, we do not know if our taxes have even been filed. Please do not use this company! The owner is rude! I will tell everyone to not use this "service" - it's a total JOKE.

AVOID! We had to pay another tax professional to fix their mistakes. Just look at their BBB rating. Go elsewhere if you want your taxes done correctly!

Terrible service! Ms. Morales did not file our taxes correctly, failed to apply depreciation for our home, and cost us $ on our refund. I had a second accountant review our taxes, and we are getting over $1500.00 refunded. Avoid!!

You would be better off going to H&R Block! Don't waste your money here, unless you are eager to have the IRS calling you for misfiled tax paperwork.

We have used Chaser Tax Services since 2013. Every year their service has progressively worsened. We have experienced a range of issues from their continuous failure to return correspondence and phone calls in a timely manner, -if at all, to their not returning important tax documents, and making significant and repeated mistakes on tax preparation paperwork/filing. When contacted concerning these issues, Ms. Morales was dismissive, condescending, and failed to correct the mistakes when and as promised. Sadly, we will be looking elsewhere in 2019 for tax preparation services.

Reviewed an corrected our returned taxes on short notice just before close. They treated us like true customers and family! Highly recommended! Will use again. Angela made this all possible! Thanks again!
