I’m new to Sumter and had any knowledge of a good vet, but…Omg! Where do I begin?! This place is absolutely amazing! I’m extremely happy with the service they provided. The atmosphere is very clean, comfortable, and warming. Dr. Addie Williams is attentive and caring. My dog Penny, broke two nails badly, on 2 separate occasions. Dr. Williams was able to see her the same day. Before contacting this veterinarian, I was calling around to different places looking to be serviced and to get Penny some relief. Some of the places I called seemed…short with me and no care in the world, but when I called Peach Orchard Vet Clinic, I told them my situation and when she said, “can you bring her in today”, …I told her YES, as I burnt rubber getting there! I say all that, to say this…if you’re looking for a vet clinic to take great care of you fur baby with such compassion …don’t walk…RUN…well I don’t think any one would be running…BURN RUBBER like I did and get serviced here! Thank you Dr. Addie and Team!

Excellent vet that truly cares about the animals she sees. She squeezed us in when my cat was really sick even though she didn't have time. Excellent quality care. I highly recommend.

Marley had a tumor taken off today July 25th 2024, Dr.Williams and staff are amazing. When I called to see if Marley was ready, Dr. Williams.went over the discharge instructions over the phone. The prices are very good. I have been to 4 veterinarian clinics, I highly recommend Dr. Williams.

I've been using Peach Orchard vet clinic for a long time. They have always been professional and caring. I love their staff and Dr Williams is a very good vet.

I was taking care of a bottle baby kitten and unfortunately it was likely he asphyxiated. He was declining fast and they were able to accept me the same day. They were packed but took the kitten to the back and started him on oxygen and a couple other things- he was only around two weeks old. They were very sweet about it all and I was really having a rough time because the little guy was just not doing good.. but they did everything they could to save him. Unfortunately after a while he passed away, but they were so kind to us and reassuring.
I am happy to recommend this vet clinic❤️❤️

Update! They have lied yet again, there was absolutely no vulgar language used in the Google review whatsoever or when my husband called. Who threatened you and with what? Wouldn’t cops have been called? This was over the phone you say? Then how do you have witnesses? There was no one in the waiting room when I confronted about my app being missed over and there was no confrontation. That’s why my husband called to complain. The fact that you’ll still sit here and lie shows exactly how you are now everyone can see that. I was not 20 mins late I was 15 mins early once again and now you’re verifying that you did make us wait longer. I arrived early and you did it on purpose. No one verbally abused you or threatened you that’s such a lie and I can’t believe you would make such a thing up. Again, you’re showing who you are as a business in this response and people can think for themselves whether I would go out of my way to lie on the internet when I’ve only ever given 2 reviews and one is yours. Also, no apology for the days before being mad that I actually said something, something everyone was saying in the waiting room. But it’s fine lol word of mouth travels fast.
Scroll through all the comments not just the first few and you will read the same thing that I’m saying about their wait and it being a problem, and this is their problem there are other one start reviews or knocked off stars does that. They got my comment removed which I find hilarious because I’m just going to keep commenting on every single platform I can and tell what they did to me and my puppy. They had a waiting room full of people and I waited over an hr with my puppy crying the entire time at 8 weeks old. When I went back to the room they were in the back laughing and talking about some ladies pregnancy that they know and a personal conversation I didn’t need to hear. When I confronted them about the wait and then having personal conversations that can be heard in the rooms it was inappropriate. No apology whatsoever instead they defended themselves saying that they have a right to have personal conversations between patients….umm what? That was from the so called DOCTOR. That’s disgusting. So my puppy can cry for an he straight while yall talk and giggle ok sounds about right. Then I let it go and came back with the other 8week old puppy the sibling, and I showed up 15 mins early and wore my name down. They made me wait an hr and a half and let everyone in front of my name and then lied and said I was late and that when someone late it’s first come because you were late. I called them out and showed them my arrival time because I texted my husband I was there when I pulled up and they had NOTHING TO SAY. They did it on purpose no apology nothing. They instated I was late even though the sheet said my time and I can’t believe I stayed that long without confronting them, but I was just waiting my turn. Never again. I make sure to let every single person I know about the story who are all mortified at that service and the treatment of us and luckily I have steered people away from this petty establishment . Then when I called her Miss Williams instead of Dr. they kept correcting me saying how dare I not call her Dr.? Why would I call her one when she’s not acting like one. No apologies from her or her staff and maliciously made my puppy wait and led to me because I confronted them a few days before. Then to get my Google review removed. It’s cool I’ll keep checking and posting and word of mouth is very effective and I’ll keep spreading my word. You’re not going to do that to 2 8 week old puppies and treat us so rudely all because I asked them to please not have personal conversations while I’m waiting with a crying puppy for over an hr with an ENTIRE ROOM FILLED. Disgusting. It’s called use your break to talk and have personal discussions that I wasn’t comfortable hearing and I’m the problem. Sure ok…they’re cool with playtime during work with an entire room full of animals. No seats left. That sounds like a great way to conduct business.

Absolutely amazing vet clinic!! Brandon was able to squeeze my dog into their schedule when I was concerned about a strange cough he had. Once I was there Harley and Destiny were super nice, and kept Krypto calm while we waited for the vet to come in. Dr. Williams was amazing and the office manager Sandy was super helpful when I was checking out. I’ve been going back ever since for any checkups or vaccines I need, highly recommended!! Call soon cause they are always booked out!

This is the best veterinary clinic ever! Dr. Williams is by far the most compassionate and knowledgeable vet I have ever taken my dog to. When he was suffering and good barely walk, she diagnosed the problem and within days, my pup was back to normal!
