Staffing is very inadequate (as is with most places these days). Only 2 clerks on the floor in the sit down areas. One has been occupied with one customer for nearly an hour. Most people don't have a half day to waste waiting to be serviced. Abysmal. Do better!

I remember when I first open my account here (a member for 10 years). I do not usually go into the branch because there is no need to, but I took a chance because I lost my debit card and me thinking I could get a replacement. Was I sadly mistaken, not only was I told they do not do replacement cards, I was also told "well I don't know what to tell you" because I don't use Apple pay and Samsung wallet (isn't that right Teresa). What you can do is print me out a check so I can take my business elsewhere. Also, while I was waiting to be seen by a banker to close my account, another customer was arguing with a teller saying "I don't like the way you are treating me". It's obvious that there are several employee's that are employed here that need to work on there customer service skills. I encourage people who want to be treated with respect and less attitude to go elsewhere.

Very great staffing, and amazing walking distance location from my workplace, I just hate the fact that there is still a coin shortage in this location, they always have the best boxes for real.

This would be zero stars if that rating was available. Customer service here is atrocious. There is no sense of urgency, and they are not accommodating in the slightest. If you like to have your time wasted, then this is the place for you. I will never use Wells Fargo again.

Mrs. Letia Benjamin was extremely professional, courteous and had my husband and me out of the bank in a short period of time. We are very happy with our experience at Wells Fargo today thanks to Mrs. Benjamin.

I would give no stars if that was an option. No organization no leadership and extremely poor management. Just a horrible experience from the time you open the door I recommend banking elsewhere. Will close accounts and move to a better financial institution. You stand in line for a cashiers check for them to point you to a line out the door. No direction what so ever in this bank.

I enjoy banking at Wells Fargo Bank. The people are so friendly and after they know you they greet you with a friendly greeting . Very professional.

The overdraft will kill you! They give you no time to clear it & the only 6 transfers are not rite for people who doesnt have a car...smh
